Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4, type B0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions as in roof padding to maintain the possible slope and finished the surfaces fair and even all as specified and as directed. Note : Liquid water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Material and Labour for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Material and Labour for water proofing treatment to roofs with five layered APP modified prefabricated membrane as per IS 16540-2017/ IS 16532-2017, matt finish, 3 mm thick and weighing not less than 3.6 kg/sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt black finish weighing not less than 150 gm/Sqm having softening point not less than 140 degree Celsius, longitudinal tensile strength not less than 300 N/Sqm laid over and including bitumnious primer conforming to IS-3384 applied @ 0.40 ltrs/Sqm bonded with bonding material of blow type bitumen of grade 85/25 heated to a working temperature of 180 degree C and applied at the rate of 1.20 kg per square metre of the surface area, laid with torch application on membrane using gas burner with 100 mm overlap on side lap and end lap as per manufacturers instructions with top most layer of surface finished with two coats of solar reflective aluminium paint @ 0.10 Litre/Sqm per coat etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) The work shall be executed through Manufacturer's authorised applicator approved by GE. (ii) The quoted rate is deemed to include the cost of digital photograph and plaster plate as per PS.

Supply and Fix factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet, reinforced with 19mm MS square tube of 19 gauge mitred out at two corners and joined by inserting two Nos of 150mm long brackets of 15mm x 15mm MS square tube inside the drilling 100mm long MS screws using PVC fastener as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour Cutting the existing 15/25 mm GI pipe and inserting suitable GI Tee incl necessary threading, union etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth for laying of cables, pipes, laying of poles in trenches and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as directed and specified.

Returning, filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick complete all as all as specified and directed.
