Dismantling,taking down,opening and inspecting of the complete solar panel, streel tank/PVC tank and pipe line,cleanig the same with rectifying the leakages of line ,testing complete and making leakproof with replacement of the following unserviceble parts :-

(a) S&F hot and cold badly rusted/broken/damged pipe from hot water tank to collection assembly complete 15mm dia with fixing clamp etc.

(b) S&F inreplacement rubber gasket for flat collector plate of solar water heating system.

(c) S&F in replacement insulation of out going hot GI pipe of solar water heating system.

(d) End cap stainless steel/aluminium with rubber gasket as per existing size

(e) Float valve 20/25mm dia

(f) S&F PVC connection pipe from cold water tank to solar panel with suitable size of clamp

Servicing of solar water heater system with filling anti freeze solution / polycarbonate glycol foul collector panel complete as per manufactor specification complete 350 Ltr capacity including fixing of all spare parts as required to be replacement and testing of solar water heating system complete all as directed by Engineer.in-charge.

Replacement of old unserviceble butterfly gate vavle 40/80 mm dia with all fixing arrengement

M&L for liquid glycol for removing of rusting and avoid to depositing snow inside the pipe line of plant complete all as directed by Engineer.in.charge.

Taking down complete existing earthings alogwith earth lead,strip and GI pipe etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L Earthing complete with using copper plate 60×60cm ×3.15mm thick electrode and 20×3.15 mm copper strip as earthing lead , buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to required 20x3mm copper strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No-5 of MES Part-1 fixed in replacement including testing on completion including the material and labour of the following :- (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of soil. (b) PCC Pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1. (c) Precast RCC cover with suitable handle 40mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than 1.87 Kg/Sqm. (d) Funnel with watering pipe of GI protection pipe 5 mtr long for protection of earthing lead from mechanical injury or tempering. (f) Requisite quantity of common salt and charcoal. (g) Testing of Earthing. Note : (a) On testing after completion of earthing, if the desired earth resistnace is not obtained, the earthing will be done by the contractor at his own risk and cost to the entire satisfaction ot the engineer incharge. (b) The contractor shall quote his rate considering taking down cost of existing unserviceable earthing.

S&F earth continuity conductor copper strip 20 mm x 3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F earth continuity conductor aluminium strip 32 mm x 6 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F earth continuity conductor aluminium strip 25 mm x 3mm with saddles and fixing screws etc or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for taking down air termination, single pointed, copper rod any type / size/ lenght complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F Air termination, single pointed, copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long fixed on 40 mm dia 1 mtr long GI pipe,light gradeinculding provision of base and fixing by means of nuts,bolts and washres etc complete all as directed by Engineer.in.charge.

Fixing only test point terminal box made out of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75 x 75 x 25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal heads screw, complete all as specified and directed

S&F earth continuity or main earthing lead fixed to wall or reccess or chases or buried in ground or drown in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any others indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required of size 25x4 mm galvanised strip complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down old unserviceable test point of any type, size and location complete all specified and directed

Testing existing earthing pits with suitable earthing testing equipment (earth tester) dully calibrated for checking their serviceability in consultation with user and submission of reports for repairs and rectification (to be measured separately under speciific items of sch) up to the satisfaction of the engr in charge. Note:- one report prior to execution of work one report after execution of work.

M&L for 40 mm dia steel tube (light grade) galvanised with fittings laid in trenches/wall/roof for protection of earthing/lighting strips for crossing the roads/fixing on walls etc complete all as sepecified and directed

M&L for framed work with 2 mm thick MS sheet of size (20x15) cm and angle iron 25x25x3 mm, 50 cm long framed with shape of "T" including necessary welding earth work, PCC block (20x20x20) cm along with painting/marking of location , erth pit No, testing on , result and allied work complete all as specified and driected by engr in charge. Note:- PCC and earth work measured & paid separately under respective items

Opening,Examining and checking complete the DG set 15 KVA sielence feature ,repairing / overhauling with replacing the un serviceable parts as per exiting size and capacity including greasing,servicing and testing complete all as directed by Engineer in charge. Taking out F I P assembly from Gen Set 15 KVA sielence feathure and over hauling /calibration including replacement of burnt out/unserviceble parts such as Gas kit set drive shaft techno meter pump kit,bearing ,weight carrier regular all "O" rings sims e.t.c. and re-fixing FIP at Existing place to D G Set at various pump house complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Dismantaling of self starter from Gen Set 15 KVA taking into workshop or repair including replacement of bush pinion carbon bruses ,gear terminal plate, connected plate, thrust washer and re-assumbling and testing complite and fixing at existing place all as directed.

Dismentling of radiator for DG Set of cap.15 KVA and transporting to work shop for over hauling /servicing including cleaning with appropriates chemicals and welding of fins /tubs complete all as directed.

M&L for coolant as reqiured grade and type to top up the entire cooling system of DG set complete all as specified and directed.

S&F radiator rubber hose along with holding clamp as per required size and lengthof DG set complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr depth and n.exc 1.5 mtr in wide in soft/loose soil including out for fixing T shapes MS sheet and taking out unserviceable eathing pit chamber etc complete all as sepcified and directed

Excavation over area n.exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed

Returning filling in including sprading leveling, watering well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Removing of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtrs and deposited where directed to a level n.exc 1.5 mtrs above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm grade stone aggregatee in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for electric/gas welding to any type of strip at any location complete all as specified and directed

M&L for painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint on surgace of any description over 10cm in width or girth not other wise described

Disconnecting electrical connection and taking out elect motor and transporting to workshop, opening elect motor 3/5HP cleaning slots and rewinding of elect motor with new supper enameled copper wire best quality of appropriate size and quantity to obtained required resistance, replacement of worn-out suitable size bearing, assembling the same and fixing at its original site as required by Engineer-in Charge including commissioning, testing complete

Disconnecting electrical connection and taking out elect motor and transporting to workshop, opening elect motor 3/5HP cleaning slots and rewinding of elect motor with new supper enameled copper wire best quality of appropriate size and quantity to obtained required resistance, replacement of worn-out suitable size bearing, assembling the same and fixing at its original site as required by Engineer-in Charge including commissioning, testing complete

Disconnecting the defective/burnt electric induction motor & dismantling from the foundation, shifting to workshop opening checking for defects varanising, drying, greasing bearing, insulating the terminals connecting etc incl carrying out minor repair (winding will be paid separeatly complete all as specified and directed

Rewinding the electric induction motor of capacity 1 HP suitable to run on 415V, AC, 50Hz supply with copper enameled copper wire of suitable gauge/size including proper insulation and making connection to the terminal plate complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting the non clog pump and dismantling from the foundation, shifting to workshop opening checking for defects parts, greasing, bearing etc incl carrying out minor repair complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting the sullage water pump and dismantling from the foundation, shifting to workshope opening checking for defects parts, greasing, bearing etc incl carrying out minor repair complete all as specified and directed
