Total labour charges for cleaning of working area ( for repairing and alignment of walk gearbox,LHS and repairing of both side keep ring system) by engaging 05 nos of unskilled manpower in for 04 days in 02 shift as per scope of work considering contractor profit and any other Cost.

Total labour charge for dismantaling and reassembling of both side walk shoe & eccentric by engaging 03 nos skilled fitter, 3 nos welder and 06 nos semi skilled fitter for 05 days in 02 shifts as per scope of work considering contractor profit and any other cost.

Total labour charge for dismantling of LHS walk gear train of walk gear box , repair of gear box assy by replacing damaged bushes, repairing of structural cracks in gearbox and replacing 2nd reduction pinion, reassembling & re-alignment of entire gear train by engaging 03 nos skilled fitter, 02 nos welder and 06 nos semi skilled fitter for 15 days in 02 shifts as per scope of work considering contractor profit and any other cost.

Total labour charge for fabrication of working platform, dismantling & reassembling of keep rings by engaging 02 nos skilled fitter, 02 nos welder and 04 nos semi skilled fitter for 04 days in 02 shifts as per scope of work considering contractor profit and any other cost.

Total labour charge for removal of broken bolts of keep ring holes & filling of oval holes by welding, grinding (36 nos) by engaging 03 nos skilled fitter, 02 nos welder and 04 nos semi skilled fitter for 8 days in 02 shifts as per scope of work considering contractor profit and any other cost.

Drilling charges (including all tools and fixtures etc.) after filling of oval holes by welding and grinding of keep ring upto required size as per scope of work.

Total labour charge for dismantling of gearbox cover, coupler & swing shaft etc and re-assembling by engaging 3 nos skilled fitter , 02 nos welder and 5 nos semi skilled fitter for 05 days in 02 shifts as per scope of work considering contractor profit and any other cost.

Total labour charge for cutting/gauging,re-setting after alingment & welding of bottom bearing housing by engaging 03 nos skilled fitter, 02 nos welder and 05 nos semi skilled fitter for 05 days in 02 shifts as per scope of work considering contractor profit and any other cost.

Total labour charge for repair of major cracks in the BOOM Chords by engaging 02 nos skilled fitter, 02 nos welder and 04 nos semi skilled fitter for 03 days in 02 shifts as per scope of work considering contractor profit and any other cost.
