Uprooting of rank vegetation/Plants grown on walls/roofs by way of dosmantling brick masonary/concrete, taking out of the roots and then doing the brick work and refinishing the wall at any height (cost of new brick masonary & finishing to be paid separately)including scaffolding whereever required.

Removing dry or Oil Bound Distemper or water proofing cement paint etc by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Providing and applyiing cement based putty of thickness 1.0mm (avg.) of approved brand and manufacture over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufac. ture to give an even shade (Two or more coats) on new surface including applying a priming coat with cement primer.

Wall Painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work. All work upto floor V level.

Providing and fixing powder coated 50 microns aluminum work (10 gauge) for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, metered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.
