Note : All unserviceable materials obtained out of demolition/dismantling/taking down (other than those for which credit catered under Schedule of credit) shall be disposed of outside MoD Land. Quoted rates against respective item shall deemed to include for same.

B/R ITEMS Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and removal all rubbish material complete all as specified directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removal all rubbish material complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removal all rubbish material complete all as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron, or mild steel or cast iron work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, steps, seismic and other similar bands coping/cills, bed block for embedding hold fast etc including necessary form work weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as directed.

M & L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry 1:3:6 Type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete M-25 (design mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies deck slabs, and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Reinforced cement concrete Design Mix M-25 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in columns, pillars piers, posts & struts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked as approved complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Use and waste of flat formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Use and waste of flat formwork to sides of pillars (square, rectangular or polygonal), posts, struts, piers,columns and stanchions for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for TMT bars 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers & binders, cut to length, bent to shapes required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work in tubular trusses, purlins including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161 grade St-240 including notching, drilling, fitting, riveting and/or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts including rivets or nuts and bolts, providing and fixing cleats, fish plates, gusset plates etc and also for wedging, plumbing, turning up & fixing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in paths, pavings and hardstanding top exposed surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surface of ceiling, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick CM (1:4) mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement on external surface of brick or concrete and finished the surface even smooth without using extra cement complete all as specfified and directed. (Note :- Supply only WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M & L for drilling holes in walls and inserting HD PVC 10 centimetre long 25 mm dia pipes nozzles in wall at 1 mtr c/c in staggered manner, grouting the same with cement morter in ratio 1:1 mixed with WPC with mechanical pressure till rejection, finishing the nozzles by concrete mixed with epoxy after treatment including taking down plaster and necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling/soffits of chajjas complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered walls surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over & including a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of 1st grade quality over and including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

E/M ITEMS Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil, not exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth or n exc 10 Sqm on plan & getting out, for laying of cables, foundations of poles, struts, stays etc. and getting out including triming and forming bottom surface complete, all as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick in soft / loose soil back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested, poles, stays , struts have been erected and tested complete all as directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point in soils complete all as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable LT UG cable and Supply/Laying / fixing, jointing, testing and commissioning of 4.0 core 10 Sqmm LT under ground cable 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed cable heavy duty armoured, with multistranded aluminium conductor laid in trenches/ ducts/ pipes/fixed on walls/poles complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (a) Excavation & earth work, GI pipe for laying of cable, sand cushioning, cable protection cover shall be measured and paid for seprately under respective items of the schedule. (b) Old unserviceable cable cover obtained from taking out of cable shall be credited to contractor through Schedule of Credit.

M & L for dry sand cushioning to PVC under ground cable with screened and washed sand and punning to provide a required cover complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness after punning shall be considered for payment.

M & L for brick protection for UG XLPE cable with burnt clay old size sub class 'B' bricks laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps between adjacent brick not more than 10mm and width equal to length of brick in trenches across the cable complete all as directed.

S & F in replacement 40 mm bore Galvanised steel tubing light grade for protection of under ground cable on poles / walls/under road crossing/laid in trenches etc conforming to IS-1239 complete all as directed. (Note : Excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid separately under respective items of this Schedule).

Supply and fix in replacement SECURE LED flood light 150 Watts, with pressure die-cast aluminium housing, heat resistant tempered glass cover surge protection 5KV protection class IP-66 with all standard fittings pre-wired and connecting the fitting using copper 3 core flexible cord of suitable size of desired length complete all as specified and directed. {Model/Make:- Cat Part No. LSFN-150-CDL/60 of make Crompton or equivalent model of makes listed in List of Makes to Particular specification).

Supply and fixing in replacement integral pole mounted decorative LED post top light fitting having spherical shaped polycarbonate diffuser, graphite grey powder coated die-cast aluminium alloy spigot, single COB neutral white (NW) colour for better out, COB colour temperature 4000K + 275K, luminaire wired with inbuilt driver with 5KV surge protection, operating voltage range 140V-280V, provided with high voltage, open and short circuit protection class IP 65 and connecting the fitting complete all as specified and directed. {Model/Make : Model Bajaj Cat Part No BLPTSP 25W NW LED of make BAJAJ or equivalent model of makes listed in List of Makes to Particular specification).
