Taking down carefully aluminium/copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power ) complete, including fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, light fittings, regulators, sockets etc, removing materials to store, or keeping in safe custody for offering credit ( credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-incharge

Material and labour for Point wiring complete (for simple and modular type ) with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated heavy duty ISI Marked,FRLS unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including PVC white non metalic PVC conduit medium grade not less than 20mm dia with all accessories like tee, straight joint, Bend etc.,laid on surface of walls,on ceiling/ etc., and including provision of PVC heavy duty Insulated FRLS copper conductor, 1.5 sqmm for earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly, including suitable size of sheet metal modular sunken box 1.2 mm thick fixed and flushed inside the walls, with 2.80 mm thick laminated sheet top cover for housing the switches, socket outlets, fan regulators etc. for the following complete all as specified and directed by Engr-incharge

All as per item ser No 2 above but for One light / Exhaust Fan/Ceiling fan & One Bell/buzzer point controlled by one switch.

All as per item No 2 here-in-before but for power point wiring with 2.5 Sqmm PVC-FRLS insulated, unsheathed, copper conductor, stranded 1100 volt grade cable and 1.5 Sqmm PVC-FRLS insulated, unsheathed, copper conductor, stranded 1100 volt grade cable as continuous earth lead complete all as specified and directed by Enge-incharge

Taking down old unserviceable/deteriorated point wiring aluminium/ copper (excluding PVC conduit) from existing place i.e. light, fan, socket or power points complete with all unserviceable fittings such as switches, sockets,bell push , ceiling rose, pendants, Holders sunken box, etc and making good all disturbed surface to wall, floor etc by means of cement mortar (1 : 3) or plaster of Paris and to match / finish new surface as the existing surface either by using same colour distemper, Putti or white / colour wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr-incharge

M&L for drawing in existing conduit steel/PVC, concealed / surface ,complete with point wiring with FR PVC insulated, unsheathed stranded copper conductor of nominal area 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade, along with one single run of same size and type of copper wire as continuous earth wire to common earth dolly in and sunken terminal boxes pressed MS/GI steel terminal boxes not less than 1.20 mm thick for mounting switch, socket etc including 2.80 mm thick laminated sheet top cover with brass screw and cup washers with all accessories and making good to disturbed surface with cement mortar ratio of 1:3 and matching surface with existing white/colour wash, oil bound or cement base paint etc to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed and suitable for the following,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-incharge

S & F service connection with twin core 10 Sqmm 240 volt heavy duty un armured PVC insulated solid aluminium conductor cable served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connection suspended by insulating hangers not more than one metre apart including 4mm GI supporting wire of suitable size in replacement of old unseriveable conductor cable complete.
