REPAIR / MAINT OF SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT, CLEANING OF JACK WELL AT DHARNA AND MAINT OF SWIMMING POOL UNDER GE NASIK ROAD CAMP.

Excavating over areas for mud in jack well and intake well , n exc 1.5 m deep from the level of mud/soil inside the same and getting out. Notes for item No-1, 2 & 3 :- Rate includes following :- a. Dewatering from existing jack well/intake well by pumping or by workmanship and drained out to a distance n. exe 100mtr (Depth of water below pump strainer/out flow of intake well n. exe 13.50 mtr from floor/ground level) will be included in the work. b. Spares and tools used in work shall not measured separately. c. Work will be executed after routine water supply to respective AOR for a limited period untill the job does not completed on daily basis as per direction of Engr-in-Change. d. During the clearing of mud from Jack well and intake well proper preventive safty equipment should be with skilled and unskilled labours and all safty measures will be adhere. e. Contractor should work inside jackwell/intake well below more than 14M of depth.

Excavating over areas in jack well and intake well for each additional 1.5 m or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5 m.

Excavating over areas for mud in jack well and intake well for scooping out from inside and below the steining in well sinking including use of dredgers and all other appliances, erection and removal of weighed platform and working in water (measurement shall be for area bound by external circumference/ perimeter of well x depth sunk).

Removal of excavated material (mud) to a distance not exc.50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above starting point.

Dewatering by pumping out raw sewage water with the help of diesel engine driven pump set or electric driven pump set from grit tank, aeration tank, primary, settling, final settling, digestion chamber, Depot tank and ADGM tank and disposing the water through connected hose pipes etc and necessary vehicle arrangement to deposite sewage in existing sewage treatment plant all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 and extra only over Item 10007 for portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc.

Supply and fix plates, Rolled mild steel in, (chequered) channels (Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality), square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment, completet all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for excavation over area in filter bed and taking out filter media of all sizes i.e. sand gravel from existing pressure type filter of cap 20000 Galn/hr n exc 6.75 m deep from the level of mud/soil inside the same and getting out. depositing where directed to a distance not exceeding 100 mtr for cleaning/ screening out, including scooping out from inside and below the steining in well sinking including use of dredgers and all other appliances, erection and removal of weighed platform and working in water (measurement shall be for area bound by external circumference/ perimeter of well x depth sunk) and dismentling and taking out unserviceable blocked PVC nozzles from filter beds and keeping aside, complete all as directed and specified.

Supply and Filling new filter size 12.5 mm to 35 mm media consisting of gravels in filter bed in uniform layers complete all as directed of size all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Item No.09.00 above but 6.25 mm to 12.5 mm

All as per Item No.09.00 above but 2.5 mm to 6.25 mm

Supply and fixing filter media fine river sand of high silica containt (Godhara/Houshangabad quality) in the filter bed in uniform layers of size 10 to 20 mesh complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Item No.12.00 above but 20 to 30 mesh

Supply and fix in replacement nozzles of PVC air wash type fixed to filter trainers in he the filter beds including making good adjoining disturbed area complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Valves, Sluice, flanged of class 1.6 PN ,200 mm (8”)dia.

Supply and fix Valves, Sluice, flanged of class 1.6 PN ,300 mm (12”)dia.

Supply, fix, joint and welding rolled mild steel pipe, joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) of grade Fe 410 -W (Gde-E- 250) quality- A

M&L Pressure gauge 4"dial 0-14 kgs rating
