Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles.

M&L Precast cement concrete block masonry type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Cement concrete Type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) for copings on brick work complete all as specifed and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on any description including scrubbing down with water and prepare to receive new plastering.

Material and labour Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs , cleaning out wetting,grouting with cement and sand slurry in Cement mortar 1:1 with water proofing compound.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement plaster 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick water proofing cement plaster / screed bed or bedding layer on concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 with out using extra cement.

M&L for providing cement concrete TypeB0 1:2:4 (12.5mm raded aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

M&L for Applying oil bound bituminous primer @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm and providing 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not.less than 4.0 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non Woven polyester matt weighing not.less than 150o Centigrade , having tensile strength of 650 N/5 cm and 350 N/5 cm in longitudnal and transverse direction respectively of the reinforcement, tearing strength of 180N by torch application with minimum 10 cm side over lap and 15cm over lap, applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 90/15 over the membrane @ 1.2 Kg /sqm over the membrane a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg per sqm all as specified.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store boreof pipe in 15 mm.

S&F ' Medium grade' galvanised Tubes 20 mm dia, with all tube fillings (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, backnuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions, etc.) and fixing complete with clips, wall hooks, wooden plugs, or laying in trenches, etc., fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors.

S&F in Gun-metal globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed , bore of pipe 15mm.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise descri-bed, over 10cm width or girth, and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint.

M&L Preparation of old plastered wall surfaces by washing, rubbing, brooming down or steel wire brushing or scraping down smoke soot, moulds, mass and efflorescent slats, and applying two coats of colour wash on walls.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of wall and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing surfaces plastered or unplastered on ceiling with Chalk whiting, on plastered surfaces, prepara-tory Old decorated surface applying one coat of white wash with complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint old plastered surface on walls and applying two coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint new plastered surface on walls and applying two coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required ) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position . Capacity of tank upto 1000Lts.

S&F in Repairs PVC Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 500 Liter (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified and Dismantling water tanks and removing to store.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in sub base to floors or similar works complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles of size 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thich set, joined and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and no pigment over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Removing building materials etc. to a distance of n exceeding 5 KM ,beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination.
