Excavation in ordinary rock using manual means including loading in a truck and carrying of excavated material to embankment site with a all leads & lifts as per Clause 1603.2., including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement : six sand : twelve graded stone aggregate 40 mm (Forty millimeter) nominal size) mechanically mix by concrete mixer and curing complete excluding cost of centering and shuttering in: Foundation and plinth, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Stone masonry in cement mortar for substructure complete as per drawing & technical specification Clauses 702, 704, 1202 and 1204. Random rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement: Six sand) including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Backfilling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings & technical specification clause 1204.3.8., including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry/plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full with of the structures with slop of 1 (v):20 (H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clasuses 614,709,1204.3.7, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Preparation of sub grade by dressing to camber (Earth work for the cutting involved for sub-grade to be paid for separately depending upon the classification of soil) completed, as per HP.PWD specificatins, including haulaging of material in all leads and lifts, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Consolidation of sub grade with road roller including making good the undulations etc. with earth or quarry soil etc. and rerolling the sub-grade completed as per HPPWD Specifications and as per the Engineer-in-charge within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Stone soling properly hand-packed filling interstices with Kharanja stone and consolidating with power road roller to the required gradient and comber including spreading watering and rolling of binding materials moorum or earth etc., 100mm (hundred milimeter) spread thickness (finished work including material and labour) including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to porper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill- up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the rerquired density grading 2 as per technical specification clause 405. By Manual Means. 63 to 40mm size, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405., including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm (Zero point twenty five to zero point thirty kilogram per square metre) on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site upto a lead of 1000 m laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 504., including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 30mm (Thirty millimetre) thick compacted thikness bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing and average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.5 (five point five) percent or mix and filler including Zycotherm @ 0.10% (Zero pint ten percent) of weight of bitumen transporting the Hpt mix to work site laying with a hydro static paver finisher with sensor control to requred grade, level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction binder as per MORTH specfication clause No. 509. including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint compound 2.5mm (two point five milimetre) thick and 0.10 (zero point ten) metre wide strip in centre line including reflectorising glass beads @ 2.5mm (Two point five milimeter) is execlusive for surface applied glass beds as per IRC 35 in accordancde with Ministry of road teanspot (Latest Revision )and IRC code . The finished surface is to be level , unifrom and free from steaks and holes including carriage of all labours equipment and material to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental charges.
