DIRECT GENERATOR SET (DG SET)

Supply and installation testing and commissioning silent Diesel Engine generating set 415 volts 50 KVA 3 phase 0.8 power factor, 50 Hz, 1500RPM self exicited self regulated brushless AC generator installed including AMF panel, control panel having meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB norms and foundation etc.suitable for ambient condition at Panagarh and confirming to condition under ISO 3046, IS:10001/ 10002,BS 5514/5000 with capacity of 10% overloading for one hour in every twelve hour duration and including the following accessories :- (A) Alternator:- Synchrounous alternator rated at 50 KVA suitable for continuous operation at 1500 RPM generating 415 volts at 0.8 p.f (lag) suitable for 50 Hz, three phase, 4 wire system.The alternator shall be brushless, single bearing, self excited/ self regulated with an AVR. FIRE FIGHTING AND FIRE ALARM SYSTEM

Supply and fixing Cast Iron Air Valves with double air Outlets, conforming to IS 14845 of size 50 mm dia bore and fixing up in Water supply mains pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of control cable PVC insulated PVC sheathed galvanised steel strip or wire armoured with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm 2 core 11 Volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation,testing and commissioning of micro processor based,digital,distributed processing real time,multi tasking and multi - user type 4 loops as per Analogue addressable type fire alarm control panel (FACP) and control panel shall have the following features including supply of all fixing materials interconnections earthing complete as required. (1) FACP shall be suitable for operating on 230V 50HZ AC supply and smoke detectors shall be powered using FACP based smoke detection circuits.Devices shall receive power and communication from the same pair of conductors. (2) FACP shall provide for resetting smoke detectors fault isolation and sensor loop operation. (3) FACP shall be suitable for mixing different fire devices and beam smoke detectors with in the same loop to optimize field wiring.

(4) FACP shall have alarm indication of individual sensors detector trouble alarm indication for dust accumulation.The panel shall check detectors once in every 24 hours for contamination for this purpose. (9) Shall have facility for programming from the key board or utililsing PC set up software via lap top/desk top computer. (13) The FACP shall itself have all loop cards in it.No isolated mother board or transponder shall be considered (14) Short / open circuit units shall also be reported at the FACP in such cases,the system through the use of fault isolators shall be able to isolate that segment between the two fault isolators.The missing detector /device shall also be reported to the FACP with identification of the location. (15) The FACP shall have the facility to set smoke sensor sensitivity remotely to either high sensitivity manually or on a pre - programmed sequence(ie Day/Night) period. (16) When an alarm condition is sensed at the FACP from smoke or heat detector ,a delay time /alarm verification period shall be started. If the sensor is still in alarm after the delay time expired an alarm condition is reported.The delay time shall be adjusted from 0 to 990 seconds.

Supply, assembling, lowering and fixing in position 200 mm bore, low carbon galvanized (LCG) strainer 'V' wired type of 7 mm thickness with 1 mm continuous slot to offer not less than 56% open area, beveled end, but jointed and welded in suitable length with MS flat iron 50 mm x 6 mm coupler ring all around the pipe. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel reducing socket suitable for (250 x 200 mm ) bore casing pipe, 10 mm thick, fitted to casing pipe as per IS 2800 by means of electric welding ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for carrying out electro logging test upto complete drilling depth of tube well for fixing water strata and submitting of Report including its interpretation by a qualified Hydrologist/ground water expert, complete all as specified and as directed.
