SPL REPAIR OF INTERNAL ROAD AT DSOM AND I AT DANAPUR CANTT UNDER GE DANAPUR

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) with 8 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam n exc 50mm deep surfaces in area exc 400 sqm complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for Premix bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using bitumen VG-30 Grade @ 4% by weight of aggregate including scrafying existing bituminous macadam and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing for existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with broomes and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bitumeneous primer at 5 Kg/10 Sqm using (VG-10) paving bitumen complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying of Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete using mechanical paver 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, roller and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller on existing black top surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. ( Note : As the road pertain to low traffic are, so stone dust content to be kept higher & design mix will be approved accordingly) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road Marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in reapir cat eye reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating as directed including necessary form work as required complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of tiles/stone slabs of any description or thickness, laid dry or laid dry and pointed in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

Screening road metal, chopings etc on the site of the work when specially ordered including removing secregated materials clear of screen and stocking in separate heeps for measuring (Materials from both sites of screen measured).

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sandcomplete all as specified and directed.

M & L Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complet as required complete all as specified and directed.
