Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area not exc 1.5 Sqm each as doors, windows and ventilators and removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing Factory made single extruded WPC ( Wood Polymer Composite ) Solid Door Frame / Chowkhat of Size 45mm x 70 mm comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (suspension grade ), Calcium Carbonate and nautral fibers ( Wood Powder / Rice husk / Wheat husk ) and non toxic additives (maximum toxcity index of 12 for 100 gms ) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC Solvant cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg /cum and screw withdrawl strength of 2200 N (face ) & 1100 N (Edge) minimum Compressive strength of 58 N /sqmm modulus of elasticity 900 N/Sqmm and resisitence to spread of flame of class A category with property of being termite / borer proof , water moisture proof and fire retaident and fixed in position with and including MS hold Fast lugs / SS Dash Fastner of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(M.S. Hold fast/Lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door /window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

Supply & Fixing Factory made single extruded WPC ( Wood Polymer Composite ) Solid flush door shutter of 30 mm thick , size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (suspension grade ), Calcium Carbonate and nautral fibers ( Wood Powder / Rice husk / Wheat husk ) and non toxic additives (maximum toxcity index of 12 for 100 gms ) having minimum density of 650 kg /cum and screw withdrawl strength of 1800 N (face ) & 900 N (Edge) minimum Compressive strength of 50 N /sqmm modulus of elasticity 850N/Sqmm and resisitence to spread of flame of class A category with property of being termite / borer proof , water moisture proof and fire retardant and with and including Supply & Fixing of 02 Nos (per Leaf) SS 150mm long Tower Bolt, Supply & Fixing of 02 Nos (per door) SS 300mm long Sliding Bolt with and including Supply & Fixing of 02 Nos (per Leaf) Stainless Steel 150mm long handle with and including taking down of existing shutter complete all specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Supply and fixing anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates with powder coating (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) including jointing cleat for fixing etc. complete all specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Supply & Fixing stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.4mm and fixed with tinned tacks to stainless steel wire staple complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing 5.5 mm thick, sheet glass ordinary quality exceeding 0.50 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding but not backing including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area (as per direcction of AGE/JE) at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L Non-skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 15mm thick screed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for joint free glazed ceramic coloured tiles of approved quality in vertical surfaces 450mm x 300mm x 7mm / 600mm x 300mm x 7mm thick set jointed in neat cement slurry / paste and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

Supply and Fixing in repair PVC connection 15mm dia and 60cm long with PTMT nuts of approved quality complete all as specified and directed
