Manning and operation of MRSS sub station 6.6 KV/433 volts 800 amp receving from BEST and feeding to various sub stations installed at site of admiral walk road at Naval dockyard, finding the foult of HT braker ,HT/LT capacitor bank,HT/LT cables inclding operating the scada system of MRSS,carryout the maning duty round the clock in three shifts by skilled operator having minimum 3 to 5 years experince of scada system and external electrification. carryout of maning duties by deploying the under mentioned man power in three shifts incl Sunday/Holidays. Note:- The under mentioned work to be carryout:- (i) Monitoring of electrical parameters and action taken as per site requirment and user dept. (ii) Maintaining the Log Book on daily basis to be carryout. (iii) Maintaining the power factor above 0.99. (iv) Operation of HT & LT switchgear. (v) Fault fidding of control circuit and machanical of replacment of TNC local remote switch, relays MFM capacitor protection relays. (vi) Repair of general lighting ventilation system like FAN, Exhaust FAN and Blower. (vii) Yearly calibration of protection relay and measuring meters installed on HT panel and HT cap bank (viii) Repair of battery charger 110 V and 30 volts DC. (ix) Megger of HT Panel, cable and LT and HT and termination as required

(i) Skilled Electrician - 02 Nos per shift for 03 shifts = 06 (shifts - 334 x 06 = 2004) Note:Skilled Electrician must have diploma of three years from any Govt approved Polytechnic College or an ITI qualified with five years experience in the trade

(ii) Unskilled Mate electrician - 02 Nos per shift for 03 shifts = 6 (shifts - 334x6=2004) Note:Unskilled Mate electrician must have passed matriculation with minimum two years experience in the trade Note :- Shift timings of Ser No. (i) above are as under:- (a) First shift: 0730 hr to 1530 hr (b) Second shift: 1530 hr to 2330 hr (c) Third shift: 2330 hr to 0730 hr

INSS LOCATED AT NAVAL HQ BUILDING LEFT SIDE OF TIGER GATE Manning and operation including attending brakedowns of HT/LT network at INSS sub stations 6.6 KV/433 volts with 6.6 KV incoming from Bellard Pier, BEST sub station and consisting of various sub stations and frequency convertor such as Barrack Wharf sub station, Barrack Wharf Annex sub station, cruiser wharf sub station transformers, HT/LT braker, HT capacitor bank, battery chargers, LT panels, APFC panels, distribution panels, Mast 1, 2, System bldg BEF Naval HQ sub station steam test house sub station including internal lighting/ventilention of the sub stations and manning duty round the clock in three shifts by skilled operator having minimum 3 years experince in electrical, mechanical and external electrification. carryout of maning duties by deploying the under mentioned manpower in three shifts incl Sunday/Holidays:-

(i) Skilled Electrician - 02 Nos per shift for 03 shifts = 06 (shifts - 365x06=2004) Note:Skilled Electrician must have diploma of three years from any Govt approved Polytechnic College or an ITI qualified with five years experience in the trade Note: Shift timings of Ser No. (i) above are as under:- (a) First shift: 0730 hr to 1530 hr (b) Second shift: 1530 hr to 2330 hr (c) Third shift: 2330 hr to 0730 hr

(ii) Semi Skilled Mate electrician - 02 Nos in general shift (shifts - 334x2=668) Note:Semi Skilled Mate electrician must be an ITI qualified or must have passed matriculation with minimum three years experience in the trade

(iii) Highly skilled Electrician - 01 No in general shift (shifts - 334x1=334) Note: Highly skilled Electrician must have degree or diploma from any Govt approved Polytechnic College with minimum eight years experience in the trade

(iv) Unskilled Mate electrician - 03 Nos per shift for 03 shifts = 9 (shifts - 334x9=3006) Note:Unskilled Mate electrician must have passed matriculation with minimum two years experience in the trade Note: Shift timings for general shift shall be from 0900 hr to 1800 hr

Material & labour for excavation in trenches in any type of soil n.exc 1.5 M wide and not excedding1.5 M depth for laying underground cable and getting out as in soft/loose soil complete as specified and including cutting existing road surfaces or hard standing (22mm thick comprising bituminous topping) and making good after returning filling to match existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Material & labour for returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm deep as in soil complete all as specified and directed

Material & labour for removing the excavated material not excedding 250 m but n not excedding 500 m and depositing where directed

Supply and pour dry river sand for cushioning of underground cable in trenches 8cm below the cable and 15 cm thick over the cable all as directed and specified.

Material & labour for laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV type I with flat size 300 x180 x40 mm all as directed and specified.

Supply, laying, testing and commission HT cable XLPE PVC insulated sheathed galvanized steel strip of wired armored of heavy duty 11 KV grade earth system aluminum conductor cable of size 3 core 185 Sqmm size laid in duct in trenches complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge Make-CCI/Poly cab/Gloster/Plaza/Nicco/Havels/ICC

Disconnecting and taking out old/unserviceable HT UG cable of any sizes from trenches all as directed by engineer- in-charge

Supply & lay RCC hume pipe class NP 2 in trenches, duct on wall including fitting of size 200mm bore complete

Earthing complete with Copper earth Plate electrode 60x60cmx3.15mm thick, burried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to copper strip 20x3mm lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion as directed.

Supply and jointing of heat shrinkable straight through joint suitable HT 11 KV cable 3 core, 185 sq mm stranded aluminium conductor cable including jointing material all as specified and as directed .

Supply and joint HT, 11 KV indoor type heat shrinkable end box including jointing material, lugs etc of size 3 core 185 sqmm HT XLPE cable all as directed & specified by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair earth continuity conductor of size 20mmx3mm copper strip laid on wall on batten or recess of chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required all as specified and as directed.

Repair to pot holes/trenches of depth 50mm including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surface in road and making good by applying premixed bituminous mecadam over a talk coat 5 Kg per 10 sqmm well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg/10 sqmm binded with 0.09 cum of stone chipping 6.3mm size and agin well rammed including supply of premixed mecadam binder and chiping.

Replacement of unserviceable cable duct cover,MS works and supply &fix and repair 6 mm thick MS chequred plate angle or any other section covering of cable duct and any other E/M works including cutting welding and making shape as per site requirement and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint a coat of red oxide clour shade of clour complete ,in all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for cable route indicator consists of 8 mm thick , round plate ( CI ) 16 cm dia with inscription HT cable 185 sq mm and fixed with 50x6 mm flate iron strip embeded in route of cable complete .
