Construction of Guest House, (2B+G+2) complete with civil, development, MEP and furnishing works at Rajasthan International Centre, Jhalana Doongri, Jaipur on EPC Basis including architectural planning, engineering, structural designing, interior, furnishing and planning & design of services by incorporating stipulated specifications for

A. Civil, development, services, interior and furnishing works, adopting traditional framed RCC construction and prestressed concrete construction as required as per scope of work complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. Basements for parking and other services along with raft foundations complete work in all respect as per scope of work & measured as Built-Up Area as per Specifications given and approved drawings. G+2 Super Structure with Mezzanine floor (Foundations and structure to be designed for G+4) complete in all respect with interior and furnishing as per scope of work as per Specifications given and approved drawings. Staff Quarters 4Nos. -2BHK Flats and 4Nos. -1BHK Flats, Skyway to connect RIC Building complete in all respect with interior and furnishing as per scope of work as per Specifications given and approved drawings.

B. Development of whole premises, Infrastructure facilities of the project required as per scope of work and drawings attached complete as per direction of JDA, which includes: (a) Roads, paths, sports facilities, swimming pools, Banquet laws, open parking, water-supply system, dual plumbing system for treated water, sewerage system, solid waste management system, open parking space, drainage system & Rain water Harvesting system including, min 2 nos tube well, underground and overhead water tanks of desired capacity, recharge wells/ pits etc. (b) Street lighting, water body with lighting etc. as per scope of work and specification. (c) Construction of boundary wall of RCC frame and masonry of CC blocks of, MS railing of specified pattern, Guard huts and Gates, RCC retaining walls towards forest side area etc.

C. SITC of E&M works of Combined capacity, HT&LT cables, Transformers, DG sets with stand by arrangements, ventilation system, STP, Water supply pumping system, LED focus light, boom barriers, CCTV‘s & Control rooms complete as per scope of work & direction of JDA. D. Development of Banquet lawn adjacent to proposed guest house with Horticulture works in premises complete as per scope of work including irrigation system, planters, landscaping on terrace of basement, podium & open land area and other related works such as filling of good earth, fertilizers, chemicals, ground covering vegetations, grassing, tree plantation etc. complete as per drawing and specification as per scope of work & direction of JDA. E. SITC of Solar PV System complete over terraces of buildings to be constructed under this agreement including arranging net metering with DISCOM complete as per given specifications & direction of the JDA. F. Provision for common toilet Block with drivers dormitory in premises.
