Thorough servicing and cleaning of condenser coil by chemical solution etc. as required for the same.

Re winding of 2HP blower motor including replacing ball, bearing, re-bushing/machining all allied all the necessary works for the same.

Re winding of 3HP blower motor including replacing ball, bearing, re-bushing/machining all allied all the necessary works for the same.

Thorough overhauling of existing AHU including cleaning of cooling coil, runner & housing by chemical solution and others necessary items. Overhauling, repairing of blower motor and runner including oiling, greasing and replacing damaged bearing, motor cover, re-bushing /machine and all the necessary allied works as required. Repairing of motor base, channel by welding , fixing by nut bolt, washers and allied necessary items as required including leak proof the AHU unit with the help of gasket. The job should be included with repair and refixing of all necessary damaged structural works with locking arrangements.

Supply and fixing Microvee filter 0. 5 (point five) micron capacity (Specification should be matched as per existing installed at site). (Make- as per direction of EIC)

Through overhauling / servicing of electrical panel with internal re-wiring, dressing, socketing, ferruling, and all the necessary repairing/ fixing the electrical items etc as required for running the existing AC units.

Supply and replace the following items as on require.

32 Amp. Contactor block 3 pole. (Make- L&T/ Siemens/ Havells /Legrand)

Star Delta Timer. (Make- GIC or Similar/L&T/Siemens)

Thorough cleaning of Air-cooled condenser (ODU) coil by chemical solution, with new insulation provide foam for suction and discharge pipe line. Scraping and painting the outdoor structure with necessary arrangements etc. as required.

Supply, laying and modification of 7/8" and 1/2" copper pipe line, having length of 10 ft, with their necessary fittings i.e elbow, coupling, flare nut, nut-bolts, washers along with brazing, welding and allied necessary works having with the following items. ½” dia Catch-all drier, 1/2" dia. Liquid line valve with fittings, 7/8” Suction service valve, ½” discharge service valve, Low pressure switch, Suction accumulator 7/8" pipe connection. (4" dia and 6" long), ¼” pin type valve. Materials quantities as require based on complete, running and successful execution the same.

Through overhauling / servicing of electrical panel with internal re-wiring, dressing, socketing, ferruling, and all the necessary repairing/ fixing the electrical items etc as required for running the existing AC units.

Leak checking, testing by Nitrogen pressure part by part of refrigeration system including vacuumising, gas charging and commissioning and allied necessary works as required for 5 TR AC Unit.

Supply installation testing commissioning of 2TR capacity DX type condensing unit with 2TR cooling unit at Goat Pox (AHU-3) and PPR (AHU-12) AC unit, along with necessary copper piping with proper insulation, pressure testing, gas charging, commissioning and others all the necessary works to running successfully the same.

Supply and fixing of the following items.

Temperature controller with sensor (Subzero).

Supply and fixing water line Anti freeze thermostat with its all necessary fittings for chiller. (Make- Honeywell/ Danfoss / Carel)

Replacing damaged 7/8" dia catch-all drier of 90TR x 3 Chilling unit including decanting refrigeration from system to cylinder. Replacing defective catch-all drier after dismantling refrigeration pipe line and fixing the same by brazing welding with providing 7/8” dia liquid line valve , N2 gas presser testing, vacuumising, gas charging, commissioning and all the necessary allied works for the same.

Supply and charging R-22 gas.

Installation and commissioning of 5.5TR/ 7.5 TR capacity DX type A.C. unit with existing Chilled water coil unit at Swine Fever Lab( Freez room 24 Hr. running) to enhance the capacity of AHU including necessary copper piping, pressure testing, gas charging along with all the necessary allied works for the same. The work should be included with MS work, brick foundation of condensing unit and welding etc.

SITC of 5.5 TR Puff insulated double wall AHU with necessary cooling coil, runner, motor including providence of necessary MS structural base, foundation along with necessary fixing arrangements with nut-bolts, washers etc. as required to complete the arrangement.
