Special Eligibility Criteria

   Applicable to all bidders: : Vendor(s) participating in Tender must have valid license issued by Drug Licensing Authority of the State for running a Chemist shop for various categories(Form (20&21/)or Form(20-B&21-B) of Allopathic drugs as applicable under the provisions of Drug & Cosmetic Act as on the date of bid opening above, for various categories. The bidder also must ensure that their license remain valid till the end of the contract period

Vendors / suppliers shop should be situated within the Kanpur Nagar arera. Other than Kanpur Nagar , tender will not be accepted.

   Applicable to all bidders: : Vendor(s) participating in Tender should not be blacklisted/deregistered and should not have been blacklisted/de- registered by any other Govt. Institution/ Organization for supplying sub-standard medicines/other items or on any other grounds, Venders must submit an undertaking to this effect. Vendor(s) participating in Tender should not have been convicted by any court of law in any matter related to supplying sub-standard medicines/other items or on any other grounds , Venders must submit an undertaking to this effect.

   Applicable to all bidders : Every bidder should submit Earnest Money (@ 2%of the estimated value of the tender i.e Rs.4,00,000.00 (Rupees Four Lakhs, only) online through IREPS e- paymentgateway system

   Applicable to all bidders : In case of any technical issue raised during payment of EMD, then EMD should be in form of Demand Draft issued from Schedule Bank in Favor of Sr. DFM, N.C. RAILWAY, PRAYAGRAJ payable at PRAYAGRAJ .Scanned copy of the receipt in support of depositing the EMD may be uploaded with the e-bid. The original receipt should be submitted personally before due date and time of closing of bids or sent through Registered Post/Speed Post so as to reach Chief Medical Superintendent, Sub Divisional Railway Hospital, Kanpur duly indicating the Name of Bidder, Tender No. and Due date on the reverse of the receipt. They should also super- scribe "EMD of Tender Document for e-Tender No. CNB- 2026-LP-2R on the envelope.

   Applicable to all bidders : Exemption from Submission of Earnest Money: There shall be no exemption from submission of EMD for any tender or by any tenderer except following: (a)Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) having "Udyam Registration certificate" as per Gazette Notification NO. S.O.2119(E) dated 26.06.2020, Gazette Notification NO. S.O.4926(E) dated 18.10.2022 and other notifications/amendments issued by Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises from time to time. (b)Items of Medical/surgical/Consumable supplies should be registered with MSE in proper category, if the category is not registered with MSE then exemption from EMD or other benefits will not be availed. (NOTE:-Firm should be registered with MSEs in appropriate category of Pharmaceuticals & Medicines goods

   Applicable to all bidders : The successful bidder shall have to submit Security Deposit (SD) amount (@ 5%of the contract /awarded value above 25.00 lacs rounded off to nearest higher rupees ten from a Nationalized Bank/Scheduled Indian Bank within 21 days from the receipt of the letter of acceptance (LOA) of the tender by the Railway
