Providing and laying upto all floor level reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement : two sand : four graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) to give a smooth and even surface centering and shuttering etc. but excluding cost of reinforcement complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. a) Moulding as in cornices window sills etc. not exceeding 15cm in girth.

2nd class half brick masonry using common burnt clay building brick in cement mortar 1:4 (one cement: four sand) including all leads and lifts of material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 35mm (Thirty five milimetre) thick 2nd class deodar wood paneled, glazed or paneled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including black enameled iron butt hinges with necessary screw including all leads, lifts and carriage of material.

Providing and fixing 35mm (thirty five milimetre) second class deodar wood in wire gauge shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauge of I.S. gauge designation 85 G with wire of dia 0.56mm for doors windows and clerestory windows including bright finished back enameled iron hinges with necessary screw etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing fly proof galvanized M.S. wire gauge of 1.59 gauge designation 85g with wire 0.56mm to window & clearstory window including 60x20mm beading of second class deodar wood complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Refixing of old flush door / paneled & glazed shutter for doors , windows and clerestory windows inclding making the good alongwith require hinges complete in all respect as per satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 2st class Kail wood chamfered edges of beading 40mmx12mm section with wood screws in ceiling and lining including mitering at junctions upto all floor level including all leads lifts of material.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (one cement: two sand: four graded stone aggregate 20mm(twenty milimetre nominal size laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement including all leads and lifts of material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. a) 40mm (forty milimetre) thick.

Providing & fixing 100mm dia pipes on wall face PVC (D-plast) rain water pipes of working pressure not less than 4.5 kg./sqm including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing pressed steel doors frames manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.25mm thickness including hinges jamb, lock jamb, beed and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25mm or base ties of 1.25mm pressed mild steel welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means, adjustable lugs with split and tails to each jamb including steel butt hinges 2.5mm thick with guard, lock strike plate and shock absorber as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pre-treatment of the surface as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. a) Profile “B”

Painting one coat (excluding priming coat) on previously painted wood & wood based surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter & sand papering & stopping including all leads and lifts of material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. a) With enamel paint other than white

Extra for every subsequent coat of paint on wood complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. a) With enamel paint other than white

Painting one coat (excluding priming coat) on previously painted steel & other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushing steel & other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter by the Engineer-in-Charge. a) With enamel paint other than white

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust & other foreign matter etc. including sand paper smooth complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

15mm (fifteen milimetre) cement plaster in single coat in fair/rough side on brick concrete/stone walls for interior/exterior plastering with all height including arises internal rounded angles chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (eighty milimetre) in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:4 (one cement: four sand) including all leads and lifts and material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair to plaster in patches of 2.50 Square metre and under and 10mm to 15mm thick including cutting the patches in proper shape & replastering the surface of wall including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with in all leads with cement: mortar 1:4 (One cement: four sand) complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing 4mm thich plain glass panes with beads and nails etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge(Beads will be paid separately).

Demolition of above ground level upto all floor level including disposal of unserviceable material within all leads complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. i) Un-reinforced cement concrete upto 15 cm thickness.

Demolition of brick work above ground level upto all floor level including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within all leads & lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. a) In cement Mortar

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory windows shutters (Steel or wood) including stacking with in all leads, lifts & carriage of material as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. a) Not exceeding three square metre in area.
