Taking out Turbine pump set of capacity 50 HP from existing position through chain pully for carring out repair works and re-assembling ,re-installing the pump set in original position including transportion to workshop and back for the following model of pump. Note:- spare parts ,winding wire required for renewal shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only the following spare parts in repair for Turbine motor and pump set 50 HP :-

Gland coller mild steel fixing in repair.

Bearing as per sample.

CI collar for ms shaft as per sample

Pump shaft (Min 3 Meter long) of mild steel with MS socket complete with threading, machining and groove cutting with shaft key as per sample.

Connection plate suitable for 50 HP motor

Taking out the turbine pump from the motor rewinding of motor 50 HP cap same gauge with super enamelled copper wire including removing burnt winding cleaning of slotes sepration of rotor and startor making insulation to all joint and replacement of existing U/S Parts complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Centrifuga pump set of capacity 50 HP from existing position for carring out repair works and re-assembling ,re-installing the pump set in original position including transportion to workshop and back for the following model of pump. Taking out the centrifugal pump from the motor of cap 50 hp rewinding of motor same gauge with super enamelled copper wire including removing burnt winding cleaning of slotes separation of rotor and startor making insulation to all joint and replacement of existing U/S Parts complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Centrifuga pump set of capacity 40 HP from existing position for carring out repair works and re-assembling ,re-installing the pump set in original position including transportion to workshop and back for the following model of pump. Taking out the centrifugal pump from the motor of cap 40 hp rewinding of motor same gauge with super enamelled copper wire including removing burnt winding cleaning of slotes sepration of rotor and startor making insulation to all joint and replacement of existing U/S Parts complete all as specified and directed .

Disconnecting of electric cable from the panel board and taking out burnt submersible pumping set of capacty 30 hp by using chain pulley arrangement from under ground tank by dismentling 100 mm dia GI column pipe and transporation of pumping set to civil work shop for repair and return to store after repair complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-charge.

Taking out the pump from the motor and opening of submersible pump for repair and replacement of u/s parts i.ebearing bush, bearing sleeve, existing impelier, bush, coupling, Shaft sleeve, nut etc including re-fixing of all the same and testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Rewinding of submersible motor of cap 30 HP with super enamelled copper wire including removing burnt winding cleaning of slotes sepration of rotor and startor making insulation to all joint and replacement of the u/s parts of motor i.e bearing bush,balancing ring,jointing kit,oil seal etc and testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Enggr-in- charge.

Disconnecting of electric cable from the panel board and taking out burnt submersible pumping set of capacty 41 HP by using chain pulley arrangement from under ground tank by dismentling 150 mm dia GI column pipe and transporation of pumping set to civil work shop for repair and return to store after repair complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-charge.

Taking out the pump from the motor and opening of submersible pump for repair and replacement of u/s parts i.e. bearing bush, bearing sleeve, existing impelier, bush, coupling, shaft sleeve,nut etc including re-fixing of all the same and testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Rewinding of submersible motor of cap 41 HP with super enamelled copper wire including removing burnt winding cleaning of slotes sepration of rotor and startor making insulation to all joint . And replacement of the u/s parts of motor i.e bearing bush,balancing ring,jointing kit,oil seal etc and testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Enggr-in- charge.

Taking down Electric induction motor squirrel cage type 3 phase 415 volt with drive pully, from the base ,dismantling the motor, removing all brunt wires from the slottes,cleaning the slottes, rewinding the motor with suitable gauge super enamelled copper wire, heating, varnishing with proper grade varnish, refixing of bearings with proper alignment of shaft ,re-assembling properly and testing complete and re-fixing in position complete for the following capacity:-

Taking down monoblock /centrifugal pump set from existing position for carring out repair works and re-assembling ,re-installing the pump set in original position for the following capacity. Note: Spare parts, winding wire required for renewal shall be measured & paid separately under item No 12.

Taking down Electric induction motor squirrel cage type single phase 220volt with drive pully, from the base ,dismantling the motor ,removing all brunt wires from the slottes,cleaning the slottes, rewinding the motor with suitable gauge super enamelled copper wire ,heating, varnishing with proper grade varnish and repair to pump replacement of U/S parts re-assembling properly and testing complete and re-fixing in position complete for the following capacity:-

2 HP monoblock pump set

1 HP submersible pump motor

0.5 HP Tulu pump

Rewinding of submersible motor of cap 2/1/0.5 HP with super enamelled copper wire including removing burnt winding cleaning of slotes sepration of rotor and startor making insulation to all joint . And replacement of the u/s parts of motor i.e bearing bush,balancing ring,jointing kit,oil seal etc and testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Enggr-in- charge.

Supply and fixing centrifugal pumping set of cap 50 HP 2900 RPM 3 Phase 415 volt , head not less than 100 mtr discharge of pumping set 1500 LPM out let 100/150 mm dia including foundation and addition and alteration of work installing, commissioning and tesing complete all as specified and directed.

Painting of centrifugal pumping set of cap of following cap including suction and discharge pipe line including valve controls with scrapping the existing paint with wire brush. Painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled spray paint after making good to existing painted surfaces.

Taking out old U/S chemical dosing pump from existing location and replacement with new of RB - Series 06 ltrs/ Hrs@ 10 Kg back pressure Model NO RC 13 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for periodical Servicing of motor pumps of capacity 20 HP which includes strip opening of end plates cleaning of bearing housing with K-oil refilling with superior quality grease realignment of motor pump with water level complete all as specefied and as directed. Note- Servicing shall be done as per set periodicity of one month (for servicing the motor pump, contractor shall submit proper documentation maintain record hours run etc in support ) monthly schedule of which shall be communicated to the contractor by the Engineer-in-charge, (ii) Record of servicing shall be entered in log book and shall be signed by the Engineer-in-charge, (iii) Penal charge shall be recovered Sch A/BOQnotes for non compliance, (iv) Each service per motor pump to be meassured and paid one unit.

All as per item No 24 above but for motor pumps of capacity 40 HP.

S & F in repair stainless steel spindle of 150 mm size with check nut complete all as specified and directed. Note: Necessary dewatering and tripod arrangement for lifting valve and replacement of gasket, nut, bolts & washers deemed to include in quoted rates.

Taking down carefully, aluminum/copper wiring from Pannel and then complete pannel including total no of star delta/DOL starter,switching unit etc Rewiring properly,Replace Same Parts which is not working,using proper lug,ferul,flexible PVC channel, terninal including wire 1.0sqmm, 1.5sqmm, 2.5sqmm and 4.0sqmm, 6 sqmm with control wire for pannel and upto motor with casing capping all as specified and directed. (Spare Electrical contol equipment if necessary shall be measured and paid separately)
