Material Requisition (MR) Ref:TP-1ZZZA-IC-RFQ-0024_D4 Design, Engineering, manufacture of material and bought out components procurement, Assembly at shop, System Engineering, Configuration and programming, supply, testing and inspection (Factory Acceptance Test, IFAT & System Integration Test), Packing & forwarding, Transportation, Documentation, Mandatory spares , commissioning spares, special tools and tackles, consumables erection materials, supervision of site installation, site testing, pre-commissioning, loop checking, site acceptance test, Hand over to client and other associated work includes associated residual engineering and Additional Services as required (e.g. Site services, training, warranty) as per enclosed specification/licensor specification, system architecture drawing, JSS, datasheet and other codes and standards or referred comprising of the below indicated items.

Supply of Mandatory Spares shall be as listed in MR with document reference:TP-1ZZZA-IC-RFQ-0024_D4 (MR S.No: 33.1 ) . Note: Spares listed in document reference:TP-1ZZZA-PQ-PRC-0005 (but not listed in this RFQ) shall also be quoted by the bidder.

Site Services for supervision of installation, erection, wiring,calibration,configuration, testing , pre-commissioning, commissioning activities and during job execution of fire alarm system as per clauses listed as part of Material requisition (MR) with Ref:TP-1ZZZA-IC-RFQ-0024-D3 and its documents. MR S.No: 34.1 Note: Atleast 2 Engineers+ 6 technical Staff + sufficient assistants (as per bidder's assessment per day shall be deputed by the bidder for this activity) as per site requirement. During job execution, if sufficient front is not available at site, Bidder may be required to mobilize as well as demobilize it's resources (Manpower) multiple times (max. 5 times) as per instruction of EIC. However, Prior intimation with sufficient time will be given to bidder for every mobilization /demobilization based on site readiness. Bidder shall note this requirement and shall comply without any additional financial implication to NRL as per site requirement. Refer NOTE-9 in Instruction Note to BOQ

Site service support during unit start-up/unit commissioning activity (for Configuration, Trouble shooting, correction/ modification etc.) for Fire alarm system by deputing residential group of system experts & sufficient electricians / technicians - atleast 2 Engineers+ 6 technical Staff + sufficient assistants (as per bidder's assessment per day shall be deputed by the bidder for this activity) at site on daily basis - 24x7 basis as per site requirement during unit start‐up/ unit commissioning activity till the commissioning and stabilization of the unit operation as per requirements stated in MR and its documents. Post commissioning Operation & Maintenance (Comprehensive) service as per requirements stated in MR and its documents. Post commissioning Operation & maintenance (Comprehensive) service by deploying a residential group of System Experts/Engineer of OEM/OEM'S representative and technical assistant on daily basis at NRL site. Deputation of residential staff (ateast 1 Engineer (Diploma/ BE with atleast 1 year experience in Fire Alarm system) with 5 technical assistants) at site on daily basis. MR S.No: 34.3 Contractual period: 2 years from the commissioning of the system with provision of additional 1 year extension at the same terms and condition for 1 year. Training Services (Hardware & Software Operation and Maintenance Training) for 5 nos of owner's personnel for all items of Fire Alarm System as per MR ref:TP-1ZZZA-IC-RFQ-0024_D4 at FAS vendor's works for 3 Days MR S.No:34.4 - (a)

Training (Operation,Maintenance) to 5 nos of owner's personnel for Fire Alarm System as per MR ref:TP-1ZZZA-IC-RFQ-0024_D4 at Site for 3 Days. The quoted rate shall include travel, Boarding, Lodging, local transport, medical, all insurance including third party, income tax, all taxes & all other incidental charges MR S.No:34.4 - (b)
