Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and with all lifts and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3 MORD / 301 MORTH including Contractors profit and Overhead charges but excluding Seignorage charges. complete for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Carting away unuseful excavated soil/rock at site and pipe line trench earth including loading and unloading transportation , (lead upto 5km in addiotion to initial lead) away from the work spot, including Contarctor's profit and overhead charges, complete for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting withVibratory Roller 80-100 kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.13 and Technical Specification Clause 406 MORD / MORTH. including Contractors profit and overhead charges but excluding Seigniorage Charges complete for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 MORD (for use on Wet mix macadam & WBM) etc. finished items of work and as directed by Engineers-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) (Rapid Setting) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom including conveyance of bitumen emulsion round the trip as per Technical Specification Clause 503 MORD, including Contractors profit and overhead charges but excluding Seigniorage Charges complete for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying of Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam with 100 - 120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tones per hour using hard blasted granite crushed aggregates of Grading - II as per table 500-10 of MoRT&H Specification 507 (5th revision) premixed with bituminous binder of VG-30 grade @ 4.5% of weight of total mixture and , transporting to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per Clauses 501.6 and 501.7 with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction including hire and operational charges all T&P and all other contingent charges necessary including cost of (excluding seigniorage) charges of all materials etc.including contractors profit and overheads, excluding seignorage charges etc., complete for finished item of work and as directed by engineer in charge.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified Grading II (13 mm nominal size), premixed with bituminous binder VG 30 @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic big paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects with all leads (MORTH 5.8)including Contractors profit and overhead charges but excluding Seigniorage Charges complete for fiished item of work and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge
