Taking down carefully copper/Aluminium point wiring (light/fan/socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc., removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floors etc. complete all as directed.

Taking down existing sub main wiring of any type and description including removal of teak wood batten/pipe etc. complete.

Taking down Distribution Boards along with MCB's incl removing the same from site and making good to the disturbed surface complete. Note: All taken down MCBs should be deposited to MES store by the contractor without any extra charge.

M/L for point wiring concealed type with 1.5sq mm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed single core multithreaded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade incl 1.5 Sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor drown through in and incl FRLS PVC rigid conduit not less than 20 mm dia with its accessories pressed steel terminal/modular box incl 3mm thick laminated/modular sheet plate with cover for fixing switches/socket/regulators etc. for the following: Note:- On RCC ceiling/column, false ceiling, AC/Metallic Sheet ceiling wiring done on surface with conduit/PVC Casing capping and its accessories.

M & L for replacement of aluminium strip 25x3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for conductor from roof to ground level & connected to testing point complete all as specified and as directed

M & L replacement for Galvanized iron strip 32x6 mm buried in ground level & connected to earth plate.

M & L replacement of single pointed Air termination aluminium rod 12mm dia, 300 mm long incl PCC (150x150x75mm) for fixing of rod complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing porcelain vitreous white/brown/green spacers insulator of size 75mmx35mmx40mm height complete with one number galvanized iron stud bolts 65mm long including nut bolt & washers, drilling holes for holding insulator and aluminium strip/roof conductor as required complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying or fixing in replacement GI tubes light grade 40 mm dia, on place of rusted GI pipe in support of Earth strip/ cables, on roof/pole/wall/laid in floor/in trenches.

Note :- Debris obtained from all items should be removed in low lying areas as directed by Engr-in-charge out of MOD Land. (Rates quoted for items are deemed to be included for this, where removal of debris in the items is not considered.)
