PART – II -AIR COOLED REFRIGERATION SYSTEM - PRECOOLING ROOM (1-5), COLD ROOMS(1-5) & PACK HOUSE SCOPE OF WORK The work includes designing, engineering, providing, installing, testing and commissioning of the refrigeration and air conditioning system covering the equipment / materials / services convered in the Technical specification, BOQ and the drawings. The erection, testing and commissioning will include lifting of equipment placement and alignment in position, interconnecting piping, controls etc. The system shall be pressure tested and evacuated as per standard practice before charging the refrigerant gas. The plant shall be run on load for 3 days for satisfactory performance. All tools and tackles / welding machines, rods and gases etc. required for fabrication, erection, testing and commissioning etc. shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Refrigeration System as per Specifications suitable for site installation conditions with necessary supports / brackets , fittings & Clamps.

Supply of Electrical Cabling connecting Indoor unit to Outdoor Unit & control panel for Medium Temperature Application. Refrigeration System as per Specifications suitable for site installation conditions with necessary supports / brackets,fittings & Clamps.

Supply of PVC drain piping of 19 mm with Rubber Nitrile for avoiding water freezing inside pipe as per Specifications for Cold Rooms.

Supply of Epoxy Coated M S Base Frame for Installing Evaporator units in Precooler Rooms

Supply of Solid Cable Tray of 18 Gauge , Painted with RAL-9002 white, 400 mm Wide x 50 mm Collar Height with all necessary supports for Supporting & routing Refrigerated Copper Piping & Cables neatly as per Specifications.

Supply of Refrigerant R-407 C For Refrigerated Equipment.

Supply & Installation of TIC for Pre cooling, Cold Room , Process Hall.

Electrical control panel cubicle type, dust and vermin proof copper bus bars and suitable for 415 Volts, 3 phase, 50 C/s A.C. supply and incorporating the following: a) Incoming MCCB Rating as required. b) Earth leakage current ELR and suitable ELCB c) MCBs and starters for condensing units, air handling unit, ACUs in cold stores, ante room ARRANGEMENT SHOULD BE ENOUGH FOR HAVING RATED INCOMER MCB AND OUTGOING MCBS FOR 20 REF UNITS
