Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Applying Primer coat over the WMM surface using with 7.00 Kg -Emulsion bitumen binder 7.00 kg/10 Sq.M., Including cost & conveyance of all Materials and all Labour charges KM 0/0-1/600

Providing and laying 50MM consolidated thickness of Bituminous Macadam using graded metal using Bitumen 60/70 grade including cost and conveyance and all other labour charges etc complete as per clause 504 of MOST specification

Applying Tack coat over the BM surface using with 2.50 Kg -Emulsion bitumen binder 2.50 kg/10 Sq.M., Including cost & conveyance of all Materials and all Labour charges

BC 25/30/40mm thick (Grade - ii) using VG30 Bitumen and plastic waste Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 40mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher,vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Rev-5
