R.c.c work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4) gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:2:4 (One Part of Cement, Two Part of Coarse Sand and Four Part of 2cm Stone Grit) in Raft foundation and footing with 4cm. Gauge apporved stone ballast supply of reinforcement and its bending butinculding its fixing and binding the same with 24 bwgi binding wire and including necessary oentering and shuttering etc. And also including supply of all materials labor and tools and plants etc. Required for proper completion of the work. Strength of the concrete shall not be less than m-150. (5-Chapter PWD SCH.No.287)

R.c.c work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4) gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:1½:3 (One part of Cement, 1½ part of Coarse sand and 3 part of 2cm. Stone Grit) in Wall/R.CC Column excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but inculding its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWGI binding wire and including necessary oentering and shuttering etc. And also including supply of all materials labor and tools and plants etc. Required for proper completion of the work. Strength of the concrete shall not be less than M-200 grade. (5-Chapter PWD SCH.No..12)

Supply and Fixing of M/S fabricated Grill/Stair case including supply of steel and its wastage including cost of Bolt/Nut if required for proper completion of work including febrication of holes in Grill/Stairs case railing etc. all complete. (Chapter No.10 Sl No. 502(c) 10-21)

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumean and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets comlete (up to any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. Painting with synthetic enamet paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture. (Chatper - 15 S.N. - 4)
