Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thick (below or above GL) complete all as specified and directed. Note: Demolished material through out of MoD Land rate included above item.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) Type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of Steel work in tubular trusses curved or plain i.e, truss bottom, top bend, sides, side supports, holding plates, posts and base plates etc including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channel sections, square cut or notched forming holes with riveted, bolted or welded attachment etc confirming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel works in bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand rail straight portion , drilled and counter sunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing post including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire , etc.; flat iron fillets ( for securing wire mesh etc. including all necessary drilling , bolting or rivetting , etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E 165 with and including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer alround before fixing in position complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of AC (corrugated / semi-corrugated) sheets in roof covering including any type of ridges complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre painted galvalum corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick having aluminum zinc coating 150 gsm/sqm of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in Roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Pre painted galvalum plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick having aluminum zinc coating 150 gsm/sqm of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in Roof covering/cladding (ridge) to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

M&L for treating/painting small articles such as cleats, brackets, hooks, knobs, fasteners, stays, locks, latches, etc., straps to roof trusses, gates and similar articles, when unconnected with black paint or tar complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work /stone work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Demolished material through out of MoD Land rate included above item.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick/ concrete/ stone surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces, mixed with water proofing compound at the rate of 200ml per bag of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The quoted rate is inclusive of necessary scaffolding works. (ii) WPC shall be measured and paid under relevant item.

M&L for 5mm thick rendering (1:3) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of ceiling/chajja/fascia etc finished even and smoth without using extre cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash on wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper, over and incl a layer of 3mm thick wall care putty to get even and smooth level finish on new plastered surface of internal wall, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old wall surface by bruss , sand paper, surface repair if required, filling putty in holes etc on surface and applying one coat of oil bound distemper white or any tinted, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces and applying a coat of cement base paint on walls, facia, cornice, chajja complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old existing surface and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of plastered or unplastered surfaces walls and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of surfaces of ceiling of plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling of any description and in any position including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles, joint free, coloured tiles 7mm to 8 mm thick (Square or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc set and including 15 mm thick cement screed in (1:6) CM set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles, joint free, coloured tiles 7mm to 8 mm mm thick as in skirting fixed over and including 10 mm thick cement screed in (1:4) CM set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed with the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles, coloured tiles 300mm x 450mm x 7 to 8 mm thick on vertical faces ie. as in skirting/dado etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles fix over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified, coloured and printed tiles of light shade, 8 to 10 mm thick (Square / Rectangular ) polished area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm as in flooring over and including 15 mm thick cement screed in (1:4 ) CM set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified, coloured and printed tiles of width as directed and 8 to 9 mm thick as in skirting fixed over and including 10 mm thick cement screed in (1:4 ) CM set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantiling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or any thickness in floors, aprons, skirting, dado etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing, over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6 ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 20 - 25 mm thick as in riser / steps, skirting, dado,cills and pillars laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite slab 18 to 20 mm thick machine cut, bedded and joined with cement and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match over and including 20 mm thick screed bed CM (1:3) the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing type as in cill and jamb/skirting, steps cooking plateforms includigng rounding off the exposed edges and polishing all as specified and directed.

S&F for framed work such as grills gratings, etc, with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted , or forged into spikes, framed guard bars , barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290,E-165 , complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC (1:2:4) Type B1, 25 mm thick using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as levelling course in floor surfaces concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for machine made ,1st quality, precast cement concrete rubber moulded coloured interlocking paver blocks / tiles, 60mm thick of grade M-35, of any shape or shap and designe as approved, with colour pigment , laid over sand cusion fixed as in floors/ paths/ pavings etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Sand Cusion shall be measured and paid in separate item.

M&L for chequered cement concrete coloured tiles of size 20cmx20cmx25 mm thick, with grey cement and pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cm (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying Metallic floor hardener, Fosroc Nitoflor Hardtop @ not less than 5 kg/sqm in concrete floors, application, coatings and mixing as per manufacturer recommended instructions complete all as specified and as directed.
