Part(A) Dismantling and Re- Erection of 145 kV 1250/3150 A SF-6 Circuit Breaker

Dismantling of 145 KV CGL/ ABB/ Siemens/GE/BHEL/Shreem and any other make SF-6 Gas Circuit Breaker at 132 sub station Dumariyaganj under ETD-II Basti by disconnecting AC Supply, DC supply and Control Cables connections and opening of nuts, bolts, jumpers, earthing and dismantalling of all three poles safely alongwith copper pipe line of circuit breaker. This work also included shiftiing of dismantled material to the store as per instruction of Engineer- In- Charge with the help of crane/hydra. The work also included dismantling of mechanism housing, horizontal frame unit and its shifting to store. Erection of Dismantled 145 KV CGL/ABB/Siemens/GE/BHEL/Shreem or any other make SF-6 Gas Circuit breaker at 132 KV S/s Dumariyaganj . This work includes carriage of CB from store to site and unpacking of entire three poles from crates safely. Fixing of supporting structure after opening of protection covers and fixing of interrupting units on the frame as per drawing/manual & as per instruction given by Engineer- In-charge. This work also includes connections of all mechanical linkages, earthing(Painted with green color) etc. to complete the job satisfactorily. This work also includes all the modifications requires for fixing base legs and earthing of new circuit breaker with the help of welding machine/gas cutter etc. The connection of all jumpers, clamps etc to complete the erection work satisfactorily. this work include all the electrical connection to be done as per drawing and technical specification also.

Part(B) INCREASING HEIGHT OF MARSHALING BOX OF 40 MVA TRANSFORMER -1

Opening of electrical connection of Marshaling Box of 40 MVA Transformer with safety and precausion and associated work to complete the job satisfactorily.

Increasing height of Marshaling box of 40 MVA Transformer by cutting and welding of base structure marshaling box and associated work including providing of material such as angle and paint to complete the Job satisfactorily.

Proper electrical connection of Marshaling Box of 40 MVA Transformer with laying of cable and its termination with proper feruling as per drawing, ferrul and gland shall be provided by the contractor to complete the job satisfactorily.
