MTPS I - Civil Circle - Repair works to the old Diesel pump room in central store and sludge disposal room stage I in b/w clarifier I and II of MTPS I

Chipping the existing wall surface and roughening the floor surface and disposing the debris away from the site as directed by the department Engineer in-charge including cost of all labour charges, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Dismantling the existing RCC concrete portion of lintel roof and removal the debris away from the site as directed by the Engineer in charge including all labour charges, all materials, leads & lifts, transporting etc., complete.

Dismantling the existing pressed tiles top surfaces of the building including removal of debris away from the site as directed by the department Engineer in-charge including cost of all labour charges, lead, transportation, lift, etc, complete.

Providing PCC 1:4:8 mix using 40 mm HBG stone for foundation base concrete as directed by the department Engineer at site, including cost of all materials, all lead and lift, curing etc., complete.

Providing Brick work in CM 1:5 using chamber burnt class II bricks of size 9"x41/2"x3" as directed by the Engineer incharge including cost of all materials, labour charges, materials, curing, lead, lift, T&P's, etc., complete.

Plastering in CM 1:5,12mm thick for wall surfaces neatly as directed by the Engineer in-charge at site including cost of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift, etc, complete.

Colour washing two coats of OBD over one coat of primer using white cement for inner and outer surfaces of walls including cost of materials, labour charges, cleaning the surfaces, scaffolding charges, lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the department engineer at site.

Painting the old iron work with two coats of enamel paint of approved quality and colour for doors and windows as directed by the Engineer at site including cost of all materials, labour charges, safety appliances, lead, lift, etc., complete.
