M&L for Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep in soft/loose soil. Including Clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots, and trees not xceeding 30 cm girth (measured one metre above ground level) and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50 metres outside the periphery of the area under clearance except in the case of surface dressing which includes for all the foregoing except clearing away of trees.complete all as specified.

M&L for excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in post holes in soft loose soil (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50mtr and making good surface.

M&L for pcc 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mmm graded stone aggregate in foundation,filling and mass concrete complete all as specified

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, fillings and mass concrete complete all as specified

S&F Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality- B MS plates (Plain or chequered) channel, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment complete all as specified & directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel and applying two coats of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

S&F 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall,fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete.
