Providing and fixing fly proof wire gauze to windows, clerestory windows and doors with M.S Flat 15x3 mm and nuts and bolts complete. Galvanized M.S wire gauze with 0.63 mm dia wire and 1.4 mm aperture on both sides

Providing and fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete with : 4.0mm thick glass panes.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto five level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

FORM WORK Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string course fillets, kerbs andsteps etc.

Size of tile 600x600 mm.

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

6MM CEMENT PLASTER 6 mm cement plaster to ceiling of mix 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)

Providing and laying damp-proof Course 50 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer.

Sanitary Fitting Including water supply.

Providing and fixing Electric Points complete in all respect as per necessary as site.

Carriage of material by MT/ HL including loading /unloading and stacking complete.Sand/ stone aggregate lead upto 15 KmsBY MT and 700 metre by H/L .
