M&L for applying two coats of acrylic smooth exterior weatherproof (water based) paint (in camouflage pattern in CCD pattern as approved by Stn HQ) of dark colours/shade on walls (shade as approved by GE) of dark colours/shade on walls (Two coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm per coat over and including priming coat of exterior primer (water based) applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall/roof parapets etc and applying 3 mm thick a layer of waterproof wall care putty and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion (water based) paint (in camouflage pattern in CCD pattern as approved by Stn HQ) of dark colours/shade on walls (shade as approved by GE) including 1 coat of water based exterior primer on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of corrugated roofing sheet and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (in camouflage pattern in CCD pattern as approved by Stn HQ)) of dark colours/shade (shade as approved by GE) on roofs/sheds etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Steel work in tubular trusses and purlins including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for repair to valve Pit chamber of any size within brick masonary valve chamber, PCC foundation, plastering and necessary excavation and earth work in hard/ dense soil, MS sheet cover 3.15 mm thickness along with angle iron frame of size 40 x 40 x 6mm with locking arrangement with necessary fixing matrials like hinges, nut/bolts etc (valve chamber cover shall be opened in two halves) and painting to MS cover with one coat of red oxide and two coats of synthetic enamel paint etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for valve chamber cover made out of mild steel plain sheet 3.15mm thick as in cover for existing valve chamber along with provision of angle iron frame of size 40 x 40 x 6mm cut to length, bent to shape, welding and fabricate to requiredd shape/ size incl necessary fixing materials like hinges, nut/ bolts etc with two coats of black paint, one under coat of red oxide incl taking out the old unsv valve chamber cover complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ACP Sheet will be fixed on MS frame of with legs of MS angle section 35 mm X 35 mm X 4 mm on PCC 1:3:6 type 750 mm above he ground level and 2.10 m below the ground level. The background of board to be provided with blue colour, letters and border with white retro reflective tape. Same description will be mentioned on both side of ACP Sheet.The size of letters and description of board will be complete fixing/grouting with nut/bolts/Anchor fastener with washers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Retro reflective sign board of size 600mmx1800mm made of ACP sheet of 3 mm thick. ACP Sheet will be fixed on wall , The background of board to be provided with blue colour, letters and border with white retro reflective tape. Same description will be mentioned on one side of ACP Sheet.The size of letters and description of board will be fixed on Wall complete fixing/grouting with nut/bolts/Anchor fastener with washers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of outdoor type LED flood light 150 watt fitting aesthetically designed for road lighting, having secondary optics with uniform distribution of light. Pressure die cast aluminum housing powder coated in grey and toughened glass, IP 66 protection, class I with seperate driver and operating voltage range 120 to 270 V including suitable fixing arrangment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair LED Street Light Luminaries 90 watt fitting aesthetically designed for road lighting, having secondary optics with uniform distribution of light. Pressure die cast aluminum housing powder coated in grey and toughened glass, IP 66 protection, class I with operating voltage range 120 to 270 V including LED driver complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED post top 20 W in made in die-cast aluminium housing with decorative clear opal acrylic diffuser IP 65 protection, warm white , 240 Volts AC, 50 Hz, incl make proper connection complete including cutting , welding , drilling holes, nut bolts, washer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Busbar Chamber suitable size for set of 04 aluminium busbar 400 Amps rating ,supported with suitable size as per direction, each of heavy duty porcelin stand lock with suitable size of brass nut, bolts and washer with heat shrinkable PVC sleeving. The bar shall be colour coded (red, yellow and blue) for three phases and black for neutral, The Chamber shall be fixed 30 cm above the normal ground level complete with PCC foundation (1:2:4 ) type B2 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for surface cleaning of steel tubular poles LT 9 mtrs long including removing rusted particles and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide including cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps, eye hooks, security light bracket, clamp etc and providing black & white strips alternatively 30cm each from coping upto 1.5 mtr height starting with black strip using synthetic enamel paints incl repairing and painting on coping with cement base white paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) The quoted rate shall includes marking of numbers on each LT pole as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (ii) The quoted rates shall including the reapiring of coping with cement / PCC.

S & F in replacement of hot pressed moulded SMC boxes with hinged door fixing of size 325mm x 220 mmx 150 mm with MS clamp 25 x 3mm made to shape with necessry nuts bolts clamps and washers complete comprising of Aluminium bus bar 63 Amps capacity of suitable size -04 nos mounted over Porcelain insulator with nuts & bolts washers incl MCB SP 6 amps and making incoming and outging connections by taking out loops of cable of any size incl necesary excavations and other civil works complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of on load changeover switches 4 pole 400 Amps , 415 volts , open type fixed in existing panel allows changeover from main supply to generator supply & vice versa complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
