Taking down carefully unserviceable copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power)complete including fixture and fitting such as switches, ceiling rose lamp holder, regulators, sockets, light fittings, wooden terminal boxes, plastic laminated sheet cover, including taking down of DB’s, meter board any type all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable DB's box including MCB's of any size/rating, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for point wiring with single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade FRLS cable of copper conductor multi stranded of size 1.5 sqmm (Nominal size) drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium grade, ISI marked not less then 20/25 mm dia with all accessories like tee, straight joint, L bend etc concealed in wall , ceiling , floor etc, pressed MS Sunken boxes in wall of required size and colour for switches and sockets, 1.5 sqmm (Nominal size) PVC insulated (green insulation) copper conductor FRLS earth continuity cable drawn with wiring and connected to common earth dolly all as specified for one light point/ceiling fan/exhaust fan controlled by one SP switch including making good distrubed surface, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Cost for MS Sunken Boxes, Hylum sheets are cutting, chieseling and cutting the wall/Ceiling for conduit fixing, The disturbed surfaces of wall for concealing the wiring shall be make good by applying cement plaster, putty and colour wash etc matching with the existing surfaces. The rate for point wiring shall be deemed to include the all above.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED sleek mirror light fitting 10 watt provided with high output diffuser 2 feet, 230 Volts complete LED tube rod 10 watt with all accessories, pre wired and including connecting up with twin core copper conductor cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED luminaire 600 mm x 600 mm, 35/36 watt, environmental friendly, new generation, aesthetically designed, ultra modern recess mounting luminaries with high brightness SMD LEDs as light source 28 Watt with nominal system lumen output of 2800 lumens and a minimum system efficiancy of 100 lm/W. The luminarie shall have a rated system lifetime of 50,000 burning hours at L70. The luminarie should have a color temperature of 6500K and CRI > 70. Manufactures to provide LM80 from source manufacturer and should have adequate testing facilities approved by ministry of science (Govt of India) to provide LM 79 report, including taking down old unserviceable light fitting , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- provision of necessery T & P like ladder/Boom Vehicle, tools etc as required for taking down and refixing of hanger light are deemed to be including in the quoted rate by the contractor.

Taking down carefully building security light any watt from Structure and carbon cleaning of fittings,cover,copper wire/aluminium wire,clamps ,nuts and bolts, mounting bracket and re assembling the same after testing and refixing in pole/other location including provision of necessery T & P like ladder/Boom Vehicle, tools ets as required for taking down and refixing of building light complete all as specefied.

Taking down ceiling fans of any sweep and any size including cable connections and disconnecting of fan blades and removing the fan with blades deposit to store yard as it is in working condition for further hanging in its original position or any other position including as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including it's fitting and fixtures after carrying out service includes cleaning, greasing and oiling, painting of fan with one coat of synthetic enamel spraying painting including marking of MES number with black paint after preparation of surface reassembling the fan etc including testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in-charge. Note :- Any damage has to be made good by the contractor to make the item functional after testing.

Note- (a) The two runs of single core cable and specified earth continuity conductor and PVC conduit with fitting acessories will be measured as one run. (b) Cost of cutting, chasing and make good to existing surfaces are deemed to be including in the quoted rate by the contractor.
