Formwork (fair finished surfaces) to sides of concrete foundations, column footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits of plinth beams or other similar works, vertical or to batter for fair finished surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Prepainted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 250mm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate), 75 mm thick as in plinth protection/Path/PCC paving etc including finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement, with and including all necessary formwork to divide the area in panels, finishing exposed edges fair or rounding or chamfering where directed and providing 6 mm wide joints throughout the thickness of plinth protection duly filled with mastic filling (one part of hot bitumen 85/25 and three parts of fine sand by weight), complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Earth filling under floors, laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, leveled and rammed including watering, complete all as specified and directed.

Rough excavation inside defence land, not exceeding 1.50 metre deep and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only glass dividing strip 3 mm thick, 38 mm wide inserted in floor to required design complete all as directed. Note: - Rates for fixing shall be deemed included in rates for laying PCC flooring.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete work in pavement/hard-standing of flexural strength 40 Kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic meter, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less including necessary formwork, compacted with mechanical plate vibrator, complete al as specified and as directed.

Finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements and harstanding by brooming, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming 20 mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade 'A' for 100 mm thickness of concrete slab, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for forming construction joint 30 mm deep x 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound with Grade 'A', complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc), chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including necessary formwork, set in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with using approved water proofing compound as in 40 mm thick Damp proof course to horizontal or vertical surfaces including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, as in floors, sub base etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab as in flooring 18 to 20 mm thick and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including grinding, rubbing and polishing, laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork (for fair finished surfaces) to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars, 6 to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and incl MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in beams, cantilevers, bressumers, lintels etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick/concrete wall surfaces, finished fair and even, including mixing integral waterproofing compound, complete all as specified and directed. (WPC measured and paid separately)

Supply only approved ISI marked water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick walls of concrete surfaces, finished fair and even, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying 3 coats of white wash, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rolled mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above GL), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and thickness on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortro (1:4) over brick or concrete surfaces of wall as backing of skirting and dado, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab as in skirting, dado, risers etc, 18 to 20 mm thick and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including grinding, rubbing and polishing, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Straight, raking or circular cutting on iron or steel, as in straight or splay cuts, notches, rounded angles, etc. (length or girth of cutting not exceeding 75 mm) and width upto 10 mm, complete all as specified and directed.
