Design, fabrication, assemble, wiring and S/I/T/C of Panel enclosure Compartmentalized floor mounted single front, fixed type, fabricated from 2 mm thick CRCA Sheet, front operated cubicle type panel board having size suitable at site for operation 3 phase 4 wire 415 V 50 Hz supply and required size AL bus bar 400 amp panel mounting including outgoing cable and incoming cable of suitable rating connection/inter connection with solid bus bar/thimble/ ferrule making the earthing stub. Aluminum earth bus bar earth terminals danger plate, IP42,IS/IEC 61429 etc. complete as required and fitting with following accessories, Electric Pillar -1 Incoming (i) 400A 3 Pole MCCB 25KA with Adjustable setting for (TMD) – 2 Nos. (ii) RYB Indicating Lamps, 22.5 mm Dia LED Type – 1 No. (iii) Multifunction meter, Accuracy CI 1.0 – 1 No. (iv) Current Transformer – 3Nos. (v) 6A SP, MCB, 10kA , "C" Curve – 3 Nos.(vi) changeover switch 400 A, FP, manual change over switch- 1 no. Outgoings (i) Busbar – 1 Nos. (ii) 10 Nos 63A, 3 pole MCCB 25 KA, Al Busbar – 1 No. (Aluminum Bus bar having capacity suitable to with stand symmetrical fault level of 36 KA at 415 volt neutral bus bar is to be of 50% capacity.) (Minimum size of the panel should not be less than 2.70 sqmtr) . All theoutgoings cables /circuits have to be terminated with new end terminations after installation of the panel. Necessary masonry works required for the installation of the feeder panel should also be carried out by the tenderer

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required 3½ X 185 sq. mm (45mm)

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm (clamped with 25x3mm MS flat clamp)

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. Single pole

Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole, 415 V, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. 63A

Supplying & fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess including providing and fixing 25 A modular socket outlet and 25 A modular SP MCB, "C" curve including connections, painting etc. as required

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS/HFFR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS/HFFR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. Group C

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS/HFFR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/recessed medium class PVC conduit as required 2 X 2.5 sq. mm + 1 X 2.5 sq. mm earth wire

2 X 4 sq. mm + 1 X 4 sq. mm earth wire

2 X 16 sq. mm + 1 X 6 sq. mm earth wire
