Organization v i z , Inspection Certificates, R/Note copies receipt challans & other receipt documents a s p r o o f of supply along with their offer otherwise they shall be deemed to have no such past performance for the same or equivalent item and the tender shall be decided accordingly however, railway reserves the right to also check the fi r m s past performance i n i t s o w n R l y. Purchase Order is not considered as performance until Railway get confirmation of supply against your attached PO.
