Skirting with Nano polished /stain free soluble salt porcelain vitrified tiles screen printed of size 600 x 600 mm and thickness between 8-10 mm 1st quality conforming to IS:15622 - 2017, IS:13630 (Parts 1 to 15) of any colour and finish in all shades and designs for internal wall to 10 cm height with length equal to flooring stones and matching the flooring joint lines and set over base coat of CM(1:5) 12 mm thick using river sand with cement slurry of honey like consistency spread at the rate of 3.30 kgs per sqm and jointed neately with white cement paste mixed with pigment of matching shade to match the shade of tiles to full depth including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand (with 50% river sand & 50% manufactured sand), water, tiles, white cement etc., to site, cost of base coat and all labour charges for mixing of cement mortar, laying tiles to required slope as directed by the Engineer- in-charge including cost of overheads & contractors profit etc., complete for finished item of work.(APSS No.701 &707) The skirting should flush online with plastering.

Painting to new walls with 2 coats of acrylic emulsion paint interior grade having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 30 grams/ litre of approved brand and shade over a base coat of approved water based Cement Primer of Interior Grade- 1 making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete including cost of overheads & contractors profit for finished item of work as per SS 912 for Internal walls - Plastic emulsion paint - 2 Coats + 1 coat primer.

Painting to new walls with 2 coats of acrylic emulsion paint exterior grade with silicon additives having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 30 grams/ litre of approved brand and shade over a base coat of approved water based Cement Primer of Exterior Grade- 2 making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete and cost of overheads & contractors profit for finished item of work as per SS 912 for external walls for:-External Colouring - Plastic emulsion paint - 3 Coats.

Forming embankment with Side earth by mechanical means upto SDR including pre-watering of soil , removal of top soil, excavation of soils , depositing the soils on the embankment, spreading soil, breaking clods, sectioning , grading and consolidation with 8 to 10 Tonnes Vibratory Road Roller @ OMC to meet requirement of table 300-2 of MoRT&H, including all hire and operational charges of T&P and , complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H specification 305 (4th revision) (Payment will be made based on level for finished item of work).

Construction of Gravel shoulders including cost, and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading in uniform layers by approved means, on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density at OMC etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H Specification 401& 407 (4th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. ( Payment will be made based on levels for finished item of work ).

Providing Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8) mix using 40mm size HBG crushed stone aggregate and fine aggregate conforming to table 1000-2 of MoRT&H including cost, seigniorage conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges, centering, machine mixing, laying, Vibrating, curing etc., including all other incidental and operational charges of all T&P etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H specification 1500,1700, 2100 (4th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for base coarse below CC Pavement.

Vibrated cement concrete M 30 grade using 20mm & 10mm HBG crushed stone aggregate (Coarse aggregate conforming to table 1000-1 and fine aggregate conforming to table 1000-2) including cost, seigniorage conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges, centering, machine mixing, laying, vibrating, curing etc., including all other incidental and operational charges of all T&P etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H specification 1500, 1700, 2100 & 2702 (4th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for C.C Pavement.
