The Firm should have local(Udupi District Premises) showroom and service centre for supplied products
Successful bidder shall submit an Affidavit in form of agreement binding to condition of tender agreement.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka or they shall not be under a declaration as black listed.
