| 1Material & Labour for leak test and gas charging by vacuumising complete system of Central type AC plant of the following capacity with double stage vacuum pump of (-) 2 Kg/sqcm vacuum pressure after repairs to compressor or refrigeration System, Charging the Dry nitrogen gas & holding up to 24 hrs and rectifying the leakage if any by bracing/welding/ replacing the "O" ring & Gland packing of service valve including Topping up the compressor oil and charging the refrigerant gas up to desired pressure all as specified , instructed & directed. Note :- i) Once the gas is charged in system, it should hold in the system for minimum six months, if any gas gets leaked from the system the contractor has to charge the gas upto required level free of cost and No extra cost on this account shall be claimed. ii) Compressor oil and Refrigerant gas shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item as supply only. iii) Labour charge for replacement of compressor oil and refrigerant gas is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. iv) Leakage test on each compressor of complete unit shall be considered as one job. | |||||

| 2Material & Labour for Descaling the Condenser unit of Central type AC plant of following capacity full system by circulating and descaling chemical with water (madeup ph value of circulating water should be 01) through cooling tower , re-circulating pump set up to 2 to 3 hours and open the end cover of condenser and manually cleaning the inner tubes with nylon brush until complete scale gets removed and flush out with fresh water. Reconnecting the condenser end cover by replacing rubber gasket, bolts, nuts and including cleaning of cooling tower,make up water tank etc as required including commissioning in all respect complete all as directed. Note :- (i) Descaling to be carried out 3 times in the entire contract period and Each job shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) During descaling if any damage happens to copper coil which leads to leakage of gas, contractor shall be responsible to rectify the damage and gas to be filled after leak test without any extra cost (iii) Full system includes total number of condensers in the mentioned capacity of AC Plant (iv) Pressure difference between inlet and outlet of condenser unit shall be reduced to preferred level given by manufacturer after descaling. | |||||
