Removing the old unserviceable seat frame from chair CB steel without arm and S & F new seat frame made out of 2nd class hard wood duly canned with white plastic cane 2mm wide for seat and 3mm wide for border as per Godrej pattern and apply two coats of black paint overa coat of primer before canning. Complete all as per Drg (FD-75M) as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S & F for mild steel cleats of flat iron size 25x3mm with drilling holes for fixing with MS screws to seat and back frame of each chair frame to support to seat/back wooden frame. Complete all as specified in the drawing (FD-75M) and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F for pair of 25mm dia, 16 gauge 460mm long flat iron for support between the seat and back frame of each steel chair frame, Complete all as specified in the drawing (FD-75M) and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing the old unsv cane plastic from chair verandah and recanning with new cane plastic 4mm wide half round ofval shape make:AARYAN cane/Premier best quality including handles of chair verandah and cleaning and rubbering 2 coats of white paint (Synthetic enamel) befoe canning completed0 all as per specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make:Salimer/Berjer/Asian 1st quality.

Material and labour for taking out of Almirah large steel with shelves and painting with spray paint with two coats of synthetic enamelled smoke grey/White paint (Make -Shalimar/Asian) Over a coat of Red oxide primer on all steel surfaces(Outer and inner side) with spray machine by preparing the surfaces with scrapping down and de-rusting with sand paper No-80 all as specified. Shown in the drg and as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing unserviceable nylon newar from charpoy GI pipe tightening the complete charpoy i.e loose check nuts, elbows, long rail,short rails and making it suitable for fixing plywood 12mm thick BWR superior grade, ISI marked in top of charpoy size 2140 x 920mm and S&F 02 Nos stiffners 25mmx25mmx16 Gauge MS square pipe fixed to charpoy frame in equal distance welded with frame, MS cleat 125mm x 50mm x 6mm thick 10 Nos to be welded in charpoy GI Pipe frame and 20 Nos nut and bolt of size 6mm dia 70mm long with washers shall be provided to fix the plywood top of the frame. Nut provided shall be galvanised counter sunk. MS square pipe and cleat will be painted with one coat of red oxide primer over two coat of synthetic enamel paint black colour all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of existing old unserviceable GI elbow 32mm dia from charpoy GI pipe and supply & fix new GI elbow 32mm dia ISI marked medium grade, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing the old existing unserviceable cane plastic from all kind of chair i.e Chair easy FD , chair easy NF ,chair easy JCOs ,chair dining ,chair writing ,stool dressing CB ,Couch CB two easy chair and bin soiled linen and recanning with new cane plastic 2mm wide as per Drg and Godrej pattern and 4mm wide shall be used for closing of border holes completely all as per specified and dirrected by Engineer - in - charge MAKE : Premier /Ajay/AARYAN
