Prime coat (Providing and applying primer coat with oil based bitumen emulsion (SS-1, grade confirming to IS:8887) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer using mechanical means as per clause 502. (i) on WBM/WMM surface @0.85 Kg/sqm.

Bituminous surface @ 0.25 kg / Sqm

Cement concrete @ 0.35 kg/ Sqm

Removing of existing laid 60mm/80mm thick precast interlocking concrete blocks without any damaged in any shape and pattern, over coarse sand bed with stacking of block in proper manner with in the lead of 100.00 mt inclusive of all labour etc. complete the work

Laying only of 60mm/80mm thick precast interlocking concrete blocks in any shape/pattern, including and over 30 +/- 5 mm thick average coarse sand bed with joints of 3mm thick filled by fine sand including the cost of sand excluding cost of paver block, leveling with surface vibrator, temping and sweeping etc. complete for the work

Providing & laying precast interlocking concrete blocks of required minimum compressive strength 300kg /sq.cm and approve size shape/pattern over course sand bed of thickness up to 40 mm and joint thick filled with fine sand including levelling with surface vibrator, temping and sweeping etc. complete as per IRC-SP-63-2004. (D) 60mm thick Polymer coated coloured precast interlock concrete blocks

Construction of RCC drain/chamber cover, placing in position, providing shuttering and concreting by using concrete mixer, compaction by vibration etc complete as per drawings and technical specifications excluding reinforcement. with RCC M-20

Supplying, Fitting and Placing un-coated HYSD bar Reinforcement in drain/cover/chamber complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications.

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflect-orizing Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound as per MoRTH Grade 2.5 mm thick including reflectorizing glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35-1997. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.
