Dismantling of posts, struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion in concrete or brick masnory of any position place incl swan neck fencing and making good disturbed portion removing excavated debries up to a distance n.exc 50M complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description at ant place not otherwise complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only in repairs of 4mm dia chain link fencing, of mesh (50mmx50mm) size, of any type to angle iron with MS Flat Iron, and fencing will be strengthened by fixing MS flat/round bars horizontally complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) S&F of FI, Angle, round bar & bolts shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Supply only of chain link fencing shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only 4mm dia galvanised steel chain link fencing of mesh size 50mmx50mm with both ends of the fabric without knocking and twisting any size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F flat Iron, mild steel for securing chain link fencing, wind tie, welded to each other complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 12mm round bar for securing for securing chain link fencing, cutting, welded to each other complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of mild steel screw bolts (machine made) 10 to 15mm dia of neck and length exc 5cm but n'exc 10cm, with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed ends fixed with two washers and one nuts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and including galvanised MS wire, staples or steel pin etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Each line of wire to be measured.

M&L for mild steel angle Iron fencing post including cutting and welding tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc fillets including necessary drilling, bolting or riveting and similar works, conforming to Gde-165 complete all as specified and directed. Make: ISI/BIS Marked As approved By GE.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling fencing post and mass concrete, sub base finished even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces n.exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc complete.

Taking down existing MS Steel Gates (each shutter not exc 5.0 sqm) from its position and refixing the same at its position after necessary easing, welding repairing cutting & straightening all bend section, old hinging arrangement and replace with new purpose made floor/wall hinge for the smooth functioning and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint with prepration. Note: Any steel section/ hinges used for the hinging device shall be paid under respective item of BoQ

Demollition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided and dispose off the demolished material out of defence land complete all as specifeid and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggragated) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc. basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggragated) as in column, wall, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar

Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, wall, struts, piers, columns and stanchions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bars of 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape as required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for column hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia for securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All a per item No 20 above but TMT bars 5 mm dia and over up to 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers & binders etc

S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other tubular hollow sections with necessary running welding with gusset plates, guide rails, braces, drilled etc includig MS plate /MS sheet to be prepared for hanging or sliding gates and including hooks, hold fasts etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for purpose made heavy duty hinges, hasps and staples, sliding door bolt, solid wheels for sliding gates any size mild steel specially made for MS Gates/doors suitable for fixing etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in shelves, cover slabs for manholes/drains etc set in cement mortar (1:6) including necessary form work and MES marking etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring /Hard standing, haunching, coping, and secuing holddfasts including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15-17mm Granite (of any type) work rounded and polished at edegs as in Gate pillars, step, jambs, wall lining (veneering to wall), platforms & window cills etc in neat cement paste and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 15mm thick plaster/screed in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry of any description and in any position built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches pillar etc including disposal of rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 28 here-in-before but, except brick using old retrieved bricks obtained from demolition in serviceable conditions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair face of brick walls in CM (1:4) surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) ground floors and pavings of any description and in any position n. exc 15 cm thick below or above G.L including removing and disposal complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drain bed complete all as specified made to shape and size as directed.

Extra for forming fair finish drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitered/stooped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm ditto

M&L for 600mm bore reinforced concrete pipes class NP-2 ,laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed including dimantling of old RCC pipe & necessary excavation.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (12.5 mm graded stone agg) as in sub base of flooring/tiling complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding/screed and ruibidh off the premises.

M&L for 10 thick designer parking/footpath tiles 300x300mm any colour and shape with grey cement and pigment set, jointed and pointed on neat cement slurry as in floors including 15mm thick screed bed with bedding layer in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed. Make: DUROTA, JOHNSON (Endura), ORIENT ETC.

Dismentling Stone slabs and tiles, pavers of any description or thickness aid dry or pointed in floors, aprons etc.

M&L for 60mm thick machine pressed precast coloured concrete interlocking paver block, Glossy finish any shape and size and colour confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment including filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed. Make: ISI Marked as approved by GE.

M&L for sand/stone dust filling under floor watering and levelling to receive pavour blocks.

M&L for desilting/removing of earth/sludge deposits from drains/allahas/renches etc of any discription in any position, getting out including removing drain covers before cleaning and refixing after cleaning in its position and and disposal completely out of premises all as specified and as directed.

M&L for desilting/removing of earth/sludge deposits under culverts/hume pipe/underpass up to 0.30mm thick etc maually /machenically of any description & in any position, getting out and disposal complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Nature of sludge/silt/earth deposits in the drains/nallahas is soft/ loose and sandy soil).

S&F in repair concertina rozor wire coil 600 mm dia (cross type) hot dip galvanized steel wire of high tensile spring centre core wire, High carbon spring steel wire, heavy zinc coated in fencing work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair concertina rozor coil 1000 /1050 mm (cross type) dia hot dip galvanized steel wire of high tensile spring centre core wire, High carbon spring steel wire, heavy zinc coated in fencing work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing concertina coil any discription any size kept aside safely and refixing the same in its position care fully after repairing work of connecting chainlink fencing/Security wall fencing all as specified and directed

M&L for preparing old painted steel & iron surfaces like fencing posts, Gates & Parking sheds etc over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment on walls (any number of layers) by scrapping with steel scrappers or any other means, including filling the cracks/depressions with putty/POP and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over acoat of primer afer prepration white or tinted complete all as specified and directed. Make:-ACE of Asian Paints, Wallmasta of Berger Paints or Siraksha of Narolac Paints

M&L for Preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall including removal of old loose layers by steel scrapers, brooming down or steel wire brushing to remove dust, dirt and loose scales of lime wash and other foreign material, scrapping down, smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc including filling the cracks and depressions with putty and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.
