Excavation for Structures (Earth work in excavationof foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, constructionof shoringand bracing, removalof stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material

(Removal of unserviceable soil including excavation, loading and disposal upto 1000 metres lead but excluding replacement by suitable soil which shall be paid separately as per clause 305.

Providing soling in foundation and under floor with stone/best quality jhamma brick, sand packed and laid to level and in panel after preparing the sub grade as directed including all labour and materials and if necessary dewatering complete. (c) Stone soling of thickness 150mm

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominalmix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days

Supplying , fitting and placing TMT bar reinforcement in sub structure complete as per drawing and technical specification. (b) TMT IS 1786 (Fe 500 D) secondary producer (ISI approved)

Plain/Reinforced cement concrete in sub structure complete as per drawing and technical specification and steel shuttering formwork. RCC Grade M 20

Water Bound Macadam (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding material to fillup the interstices of coarse aggregate,wateringand compacting to the reqd. density ( with an initial lead of 5.0 km. ) Grade-III

Providing and laying Interlocking Concrete Block Pavement (ICBP) conforming to IS:15658-2006 including all lead and lift complete as per technical specification and as directed (a) 80mm thick interlocking precast block having compressive strength of 40N/sq.mm

Providing brick soling in in earthen shoulder with stone/best quality jhamma brick, sand packed and laid to true line and level after preparing the sub grade including earthwork in excavasion as directed including all labour and materials and if necessary dewatering complete. (c) Brick on edge soling

Cement Concrete Pavement (Construction of un-reinforced,dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavementover a prepared sub base with 43 gradecement@ 400 kg per cum, coarseand fineaggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding25 mm, mixedwith Recron3S fibre of RelianceIndustries Ltd. or its equivalent @ 0.125 Kg. per bag of cement mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mixed design, transported to the site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread , compacted and finished in a continuous operation includuing provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinaljoints, joint filler, seperationmembrane, sealent primer, sealent joint , debonding strips dowel bar, tie rod, admixured as approved, curing compopund, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing. (Including carriage up to initial lead of 5Km. from quarry and carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant.) as diected by the Department complete at all levels
