Dismantling removing all unsound concrete, plastered material by chipping/chiseling gently at all effected and adjoining areas of concrete etc till sound surface is reached all various locations in building subsequently cleaning the surfaces by hair brush and air blower and removing rubbish off the premises and disposing at the dumping site as approved by local authorities including hoisting assembling and fixing of double layer steel scaffolding to external perimeter of building complete all as specified and directed. Note: Work shall be carried out to bldg upto height of 8 storey.

Removing of concrete all around reinforcement bar upto 12 mm dia and over from behind the reinforcing bars average 25mm (but not less than 15mm air gap)by manual methods (using wire brushing ,chiseling etc) and M&L for applying chloride free rust removing chemical on rusting steel reinforcement bar and removing all rust from steel reinforcement bar by emery paper and cleaning the area thoroughly by water and allow it to dry and totally rust free of reinforcement bar all as complete as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed. Make(Rust removing chemical ):-Reebaklens RR of FOSROC or equivalents solutions SIKA/STP or equivalent as approved by GE Note: Work shall be carried out to bldg upto height of 8 storey.

Preparation of existing reinforcement surface by brush and M&L for application of two components epoxy zincrich primer on existing reinforcement surface of minimum specific gravity 1.75, adhesive bond strength with steel is 1.50N/mm2 and maximum coverage area 5.00 Sqm per litre. complete all as specified (and directed. Make- Nitozinc primer of FOSROC or equivalent as approved by GE. Note: Work shall be carried out to bldg upto height of 8 storey.

M&L for TMT bars upto 12 mm dia and over for structural connection in RCC beams, columns, lintel and slabs including power drilling holes of appropriate diameters in reinforced or plain cement concrete to a minimum depth of 150mm and upto 200mm including power drilling, fixing the reinforcement in position using epoxy, cleaning of loose dust by blowing air, sealing with epoxy cartridges etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Work shall be carried out to bldg upto height of 8 storey.

Supply, mixing and placement of micro-concrete cement based prepacked single component chloride free, sulphate free, non-shrink, free flow. elf compacting, ready to use after mixing water in specified proportion of Sika Rep Microconcrete-4 or renderoc-RG of Fosroc in required thickness as per manufacture's instruction and all as directed. Compressive strength (ASTN C 109,cm cube) of 35 MPa at 28 days including application curing compound concrete WB manufactured by Fosroc of equivalent at various locations in Bldgs including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. Note: Work shall be carried out to bldg upto height of 8 storey.

M&L for applying two component structural grade polymer modified reinforcement mortar (Make: Fosroc Renderoc S2 or equivalent as approved by GE) upto a thickness of 30 mm over a coat of epoxy resin bonding agent Nitobond EP. The cured mortar shall achieve a minimum compressive strength of 12N/mm2 in a day & 45 N/mm2 in 28 days with Flexural strength 8N/mm2 in 28 days Chloride diffusion coefficient shall be Nil after 24 hours when tested by Accelerated electrochemical chloride ion diffusion test method and the depth of carbonation shall be Nil after 24 hours when tested by Accelerated carbonation test. in addition to this percentage of water absorption should be 0.45 after 24 hours in immersion test at various locations in Bldgs complete all as specified and directed. Note: Work shall be carried out to bldg upto height of 8 storey.

M&L for applying of high efficiency polymeric resin base film forming curing agent/compound over concrete surface and maximum coverage area 5.00 Sqm per litre as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Concure LP90 of FOSROC or equivalents solutions SIKA/STP/ Maruti / Choksey chemicals or equivalent make as approved by GE. Note: Work shall be carried out to bldg upto height of 8 storey.

M&L for applying a flexible expansion joint membrane of minimum 150mm wide and 1mm thick, expoband one of FOSROC or equivalent over the prepared joint using a two part epoxy adhesive nitobond PC 40 of Fosroc or equivalent. The minimum tensile strength of the membrane should be more than 12 N/mm2 and elongation at break should be more than 400%. The installation of the membrane should be carried out complete all as specified and directed. Note: Work shall be carried out to bldg upto height of 8 storey.

M&L for inserting mild steel shear key bars/levelling gauges of required length and diameter in reinforced/plain concrete for drilling suitable holes in RCC Slab/ wall/ column/ beams to a depth as directed for anchoring steel reinforcement bars including washing with water inserting lokfix 'E' of Fosroc or equivalent in the holes at various location in Bldgs complete all as specified and directed. Note: Work shall be carried out to bldg upto height of 8 storey.

M&L for applying Anti carbonation coating as per manufacturer's specification of approved brand, manually using brushes on the hardened concrete/plastered surfaces after cleaning the surface and removing all loose particles, deposits etc complete including one coat of primer and two coats coatings complete all as specified and directed. Note: Work shall be carried out to bldg upto height of 8 storey.
