S&F Pressed steel frames for doors of size 105 x 60mm with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc. complete as specification all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm thick factory made plain framed, panelled shutter(two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9mm B.W.P commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS: 1003(part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated.

S&F for second class hardwood glazed and skeleton door shutters 35mm thick, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite (of any type) 18 to 20mm thick machine cut bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing rounded edgs laid as window sill over & including15 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:6 etc, complete all as specified as directed.

M&L for vritrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick in light shade (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in cupboard floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:6 bedding.including dismantling existing floor, hearth. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of oil bound distemper on walls over one coat of 1mm thick wall care putty after complete preparation on new plastered surfaces of walls.

Complete removal of existing treatment of wall/roof projection including facia,cornices etc by scraping with mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean,free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour compete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls etc, including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc & prepare surface to receive new plaster and rubbish of the premises complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Providing and applying 2 mm thickness wall care putty over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth for painting. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification. Two or more coats over prepared surfaces .Complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old plastered or unpastered, decorated surfaces of ceiling including cornices etc and aplying one coat of white wash on ceiling. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old wooden painted surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint .complete all as specifid and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories)

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls or laid in trenches as in floors, all as specified & directed .

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends provided with access door all as specified & directed .

S&F PVC (SWR) Junction single ,(single T) equal or un equal (any radius) 100/110mm complete all as specified as directed.
