Excavating over areas n.exc. 1.5 m deep and getting out as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating over areas exc. 1.5 m but n.exc 3.50 m deep and getting out as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated materials rock/ concrete slab/ earth exc 1.50 Km but n.exc 5.00 km and deposite where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for filling the crater prepared under item no-01 & 02 above with locally available broken stone boulders of size exc 63 mm but n.exc 150mm upto required depth, from top surface of runway / taxi track, in layers n. exc 300mm thick each layer including compaction with mechanical vibrater roller within 30 min complete all as specified and directed

M&L for GSB grade 2 as per MORTH specifications 200 mm to 350 mm thick (consolidated thickness ) spread, rolled and consolidated to rquired gradient and camber with mannual or mechanical means with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Dry lean concrete (DLC) of average thickness 200mm, M15 with minimum cement content of 250 kg per cum using 25mm graded stone aggregate or as per design mix, spread, rolled and cosolidated to required gradient and camber complete using necessary machenical sensor paver tandem vibratory roller of capacity exeeding 8 tonne but n.exc 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of cement than the minimum is used as per approved design mix in the execution of work under this item but if less quantity of cement than the minimum is used as per approved design mix in the execution of work unde this item then minus price adjustment shall be done. (b):- DLC shall be as per MORTH specification as detailed in particular specification

Supply and laying dry clean sand spreading, leveling in layers 10mm thick consolidated complete all as specified and as directed Note: Sand for filling shall be 1.18mm single size and and sand shall pass 100% through 2.36mm sieve and shall be 100% retained on 600 micron sieve complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Polyethylene film (transparent colour) in single layer of 400 micron thickness, virgin quality as per ASTM D2103/IS 2508 laid over sand layer with side and end overlapping not less than 150mm complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) Measurement shall be taken for net area and unit rate quoted shall deemed to be included for over lapping. (b):- Sand layer will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule

M&L for Pavment Quality Concrete (PQC) work using rapid hardening cement of approved make in pavemnts of flexural strength 44 kg/sqcm (lower control limit-LCL) in field using minimum 400kg of cement per cubic metre or as per design mix, mixed with and including triangular/ Non circular synthetic polyster fibre reinforcement @ 0.25% by weigth of cement, spread and compacted by using slip form paver, thickness of concrete 200mm to 330mm as per site requirement all as specified including necessary form work, finishing by brooming / belting, curing etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) Construction joints / dummy joints (Contraction joints) and expansion joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (b) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of cement than the minimum is used as per approved design mix in the execution of work under this item but if less quantity of cement than the minimum is used as per approved design mix in the execution of work unde this item then minus price adjustment shall be done. (c) Cost of admixtures, fibers to maintain as required by design mix is deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (d) Maximum cement content shall be 425 kg / cum and design mix shall be based on the same.

M&L for WMM spread, levelled, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber including necessary lateral support and form work using crushed stone, coarse aggregate ( granite/trap/basalt) of maximum size 40mm and well rolled using 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller complete all as specified and directed

M&L for applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 Kg per 10 sq meter complete all as specified and directed

M&L for premix bituminous macadam (using paving bitumen VG-30) of consolidated thickness 75mm or less with 4.5% binder content by weight of total mix, mixed in automatic hot mix plant, laid by using self propelled mechanical paver & rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to achieve uniform smooth surface etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for applying bituminious premix dense asphaltic concrete 150mm thick in three layers (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder of paving bitumen VG-30 grade content by weight of total mix including cement filler on surfaces, rolled and compacted with 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller and 8 to 12 tonne tandem vibratory roller to achieve the required compaction, camber and gradient. Mix shall be prepared in hot mix plant as per design using mechanical paver finished complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-(i) The actual binder content used shall be as per optimum content based on approved job mix formula irrespective of what ever indicated in Sch 'A' (ii) Price adjustment shall be done on MINUS side only with reference to binder content indicated in Sch 'A' here-in-before, if lesser quantity than 5.5% binder content is used. Price adjustment shall be done at the rate of Rs 67/Kg of paving bitumen. (iii) No price adjustment for bitumen shall be done for variation on PLUS side. (iv) Please note that unit rates are inclusive of priming /tack coat with bituminous primer VG-30 at the rate of 5 Kg per 10 sqm for each layer of DAC

NOTE FOR ITEM NO 1 TO 14 :- Contractor will arrange minimum tools, plants and machinery as per SOP of Runway Rehabilitation Scheme (RRS) on short notice. Building material as per SOP shall be stacked at designated place as directed by Engr-in-Charge. SOP is available with AGE B/R Tech Area Agra. Contractor may visit AGE B/R Tech Area Agra office during working hours to have a look of the SOP before quoting his unit rates. No claim of contractor whatsoever shall be considered if deployed tools, plants and machinery remain idle/static for three days at work site due to any administrative reasons. Contractor will also arrange for testing equipments for carrying out testings of FDD (Field Dry Density) through qualified lab technician and also arrange for rapid/speedy moisture meter for determining the moisture contents of sample soil during testing. Unit rates of contractor for item No 1 to 14 shall deemed to be included for aforesaid provisions and nothing extra whatsoever shall be payable account.

M&L for forming construction joint, 24mm deep amd 8mm wide (using diamond cutter) provision polyethylene backup sheet 12mm thick filled with polyurethane sealant (Minimum depth of sealant above potythelene sheet shall be of 10mm) complying with BS 5212, BS 4254 and EN 141875- 2003 (for hydrolysis/ water resistance test) priming the sites, with minimum MAF + 30% (with ten years performance guarantee) and appying masking tape on edges of joint to prevant accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied by mechanical means all as shown on drowing and all specified and directed. Note:-( a) The make of polyethylene rod shall be of brand " DURA board HD 100" manufactured by M/S Supreme Industries Ltd or equivalent of makes listed here-in-after.(b) The polyethylene rod shall be of desired diameter having minimum density of 22kg/cum and compression strength of 0.40kg/sqm 25% greater than the joint width, of white colour (c) Primer to be used before filling sealant ( d) Edge shall be bevelled and jointed cut within 24 hours using diamond bit cutters of Bosch or equivalent used for cutting green concrete

M&L for forming contraction (Dummy) joints, cutting 100mm deep with 3mm width as initial cutting and secondary cutting of 25mm deep from the top and 8mm wide using diamond cutter to accommodate polyethylene backup sheet 12mm thick filled with polyurethane sealant (Minimum depth of sealant above potythelene sheet shall be of 10mm) complying with BS 5212, BS 4254 and EN 141875- 2003 (for hydrolysis/ water resistance test) priming the sites, with minimum MAF + 30% (with ten years performance guarantee) and appying masking tape on edges of joint to prevant accidantal spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied by mechanical means all as specified and directed.
