Repair scope of the rotor includes: 1) Receipt, Un-loading and un-packing of Rotor 2) Cleaning of rotor 3) Rotor and impeller run out check 4) DP check of all impellers 5) Dis-assembly of damaged parts 6) Manufacture and replacement of following parts a) End Gas seal bushes b) Oil seal bushes c) Thrust collar, spacer & locking nut d) Bushes under journal area - both TB & OTB side 7) Assembly of all new parts on rotor 8) Re-tapping the Threads in the shaft end coupling side 9) Burnishing of Journal bearing area and probe area 10) Low speed balancing of rotor 11) Checking the residual magnetism of rotor and De-magnetize the same to the acceptable level, if required. 12) Load the rotor in to the existing metallic container 13) Pre-dispatch inspection 14) Preservation, packing & forwarding
