Item No. 3 :- Proiding & supplying of electro fusion HDPE Specials in accordance with BS EN12201:Part-3 suitable for drinking water with in black blue colour manufactured from compounded PE100 virgin polymer and compitable with PE 100 virgin polymer and compitable with PE 80 /PE100 pipes,in pressure rating SDR11 with min PN 12.5 rated for water application and shall be inclusive of all cost such as testing,inspection charges, transportation upto store,transit insurance,loading unloding, stacking excluding GST le ied by GOI & GOM in all respect. etc complete. Item No. 4 :- Lowering laying and jointing HDPE /MDPE pipes in proper position including all specials by Compression fitting / Electrofusion jointing procedure including hydraulic testing as per relevent IS Code complete with all materials for jointing procedures like Electrofusion machine, Electric mirror/ heater / But fusion welding machine with hydraulic jack, top laoding clamp etc pump and accessories for hydraulic testing and all labours as directe by engineer incharge as per IS - 7634 Part II.

Item No. 5 :- Hydraulic testing of H. D. P. E./ M. D. P. E. pipe line to specified pressure including cost of all materials and labour and water for testing for specified length including cutting, placing end cap making arrangement for filling safe water using reciprocating type pumps which should be able to provide specified test pressure gauges and other necessary equipments, labour, operation charges, etc. required for testing. The rate under this item shall also include cost of retesting, if necessary and reinstating to original position.

Item No. 8 :- Providing and constructing B.B. masonry valve chamber with 15 cm thick 1:3:6 proportion PCC bedding, excluding excavation, B.B. asonry in C.M. 1:5 Proportion precast RCC frame and cover, etc. complete as directed by Engineer-incharge.

As above of 90 x 60 cm internal size and depthn upto 1.2M .

Item No. 9 :- Providing and supplying at site ductile iron / Spheroidal Graphite (S.G.) iron single / Double chamber tamper proof air valve without isolating sluice valve. Valves in accordance with BSEN 1074-4 of PN 10/16 rated, with body and bonnet of ductile iron confirming to EN 1563/IS 1865 Gr. 500/7 or Gr.400/15 floats, float guide, seat ring of stainless steel 1.4436/1.4306, seat ring gasket of WRAS approved EPDM rubber (suitable for drinking water), internal fasteners of stainless steel A2. Body & Bonnet coated inside & outside with electrostatically applied epoxy powder coated blue colour (suitable for drinking water) as per DIN 30677-2 & GSK guidelines with a coating thickness of min. 250 microns. Item No. 15 :- Supply, install and commission Electromagnetic Flow Meter (EMF) As Per ISO 4064, for Raw/Pure water with accuracy +/- 0.5% of measured value & protection as per given specifications for size 100 mm- 1000mm including sensor, transmitter surge arrestor, cable GI duct if suitable size for 25 mtrs built in GSM/GPRS ( with Simcard and its charges, valid for 36 months) including the pipe cutting, leveling and installation of flow meter in the pipelines with necessary tool tackles, cranes including 36 months guarantee etc complete, as may be required at site & based on technical specifications.

Item No. 17 :- Providing and laying in-situ M30 Grade unreinforced plain cement concrete pavement with max 20% fly Ash ( Fly-ash upto 20% by weight of Cement) over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement , coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, using fine and coarse aggregates combined gradation as per Table 600-3 of MORTH Specification 2013, mixed in a batching and mixing plant/ non tilting mixer and Weigh batcher as per approved mix design, admixtures, transporting to site, spreading, laying with approved make paver, compacted and finished in a continuous operation, finishing to lines and grades as directed by Engineer-in-charge and curing by curing compound /by providing cement vata in cement Mortar 1:8 @0.6m X 0.6m centre to centre, admeasuring 80 mm at bottom and 40 mm at top with depth of 75mm and maintaining the same throughout curing period by any other method approved by Engineer-in-charge.
