M&L for bituminous premix semi dence asphaltic concrete 30mm thick consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (paving bitumen any penetration) as in semi dense asphaltic concrete by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing black top surface of road and applying thermo plastic paint on marking of min 2 mm thick single coat a centre line and edge line etc. Road marking of 150/100 mm width using hot mark thermoplastic paint (hot application) white or yellow by indigenous modem propelled road marking machine as directed incl all ingredient such as binder, glass bends, titenium dioxide, calcium carbonate, inter fillets etc. thermoplastic requirement for glass bends shall be conforming to BS-6086 of MORTH specification incl spraying of glass bends etc. as per IRC-35 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs cat eyes, dual directional of aluminium casted stud of size 100mm x 110mm having plastic ABS strips containing 43 mm retro reflective glass beads of colour white, red, yellow side provided with steel zinc plated nuts /nails of 12mm dia, length 120mm and epoxy fixing to roads by hammering including necessary replacement of damaged/ displaced items complete all as specified and directed.
