Hiring, transporting and fixing the German Hanger of required size using aluminium pillars, base plate, trusses, connecting the same with purlin and lattice with necessary bolts and nuts and stability of the structure is ensure by thoroughly checking the members against any possibility of sliding and collapsing. The German shed material is fire proof, water proof and clean and hygienic fabric cloth in all sites. The German tent supports are firmly and eves all round at 4.00 m height fixed on the ground using sufficient crane arrangements and embedded the ground. The cost includes conveyance charges loading, unloading charges, stacking, spreading and removing the same from the site after the function is over etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers before use on works.

Labour and hire charges for erecting Arabian Tent of size 6.09m x 6.09m (20’ x 20’) for VVIP alighting point and VVIP restroom hangers using 40mm GI pipe for vertical and horizontally fixed with GI pipe truss and including charges for loading and unloading and conveying charges and other incidential charges and removing the same from the site after the function is over etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers before use on works.

Labour and hire charges for providing Pagoda Tent with all side cover and door, tent size of 6.09m x 6.09m (20’ x 20’) and height of 3.00m min for Techno console and chalets (Technical control centre, house RT, communication/ IT assets, metrological centre, Housing technical equipments) as informed by IAF officials with platform, carpet, AC, gate lock and including charges for loading and unloading and conveying charges and other incidential charges etc complete and as directed by the departmental officers. (2 days)

Hiring, transporting and fixing the ADCC (Air Display Control Centre) customise watch tower. It is made from steel truss scaffolding of height 7m and its supported with steel jockey with the ground support. The truss member has a spacing of 2.5 m and its strictly supported with the diagonal member of length 2.85 m. The water ballast of size 1.50 x 1.50m is placed as a counteracting weight. The tower is completed with water proof and sound proof pagoda tent of size 4.50 x 4.50m with the height of 3m on the top of the truss. The structure is provided with cantilever projection of 0.3m in three directions and a steel staircase is provided for access purpose. The tent is completely coverd with partition walls and it is finished with see through glasses on all directions alongwith necessary furnitures including conveyance charges loading, unloading charges, stacking, spreading and removing the same from the site after the function is over etc., complete., as directed by the departmental officers (2 days)

Suppling and fixing Flex with Metal Frame for display banners and for masking purpose including Labour and Frame Thickness 1 Inch Square Pipe 16 gauge. The banners or boards are fixed using resins and paste type glue. The cost is inclusive of Loading and unloading charges, labours charges for forming the above and other incidental charges and removing them properly after the function is over clearing the debris if any and etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers before use on works. (2 days)

Suppling and fixing of Wooden Platform with Metal Frame (gallery type) of height 0.3,0.6 and 0.9 m. The wooden platform is made from high quality plywood sheets of thickness 10 cm. The platform is to be laid for console and press. The first level of the platform is provided at 0.3m and its consecutive height from ground level with sufficient legs support and platform is made from grid of 1.2 m x 1.2m connected with arrangements of L angles including Labour and Frame Thickness 1 Inch Square Pipe 16 gauge etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work (2 days)

Suppling and fixing of Wooden Platform with Base Metal Frame for VVIP pathway (width 3m) and hanger, commentry box, coordination centre and technical control centre, catering, publicity, House RT and communication IT assests, metrological centre, housing technical equipments, Techno console, VVIP restrooms and lounges. The wooden platform is made from high quality plywood sheets of thickness 10 cm. It is a single level platform of height 0.3m from the ground level and is made from grid of 1.2 m x 1.2m connected with arrangements of L angles including Labour and Frame Thickness 1 Inch Square Pipe 16 gauge etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work (2 days)

Hiring, transporting and fixing the VVIP wash rooms for Male & Female units seperatley using ply back with flex finish board are required clear size each unit of size 1.5 m x 1.00 m the top surface covered with same board and sufficient exhaust arrangements in each units.Each toilet contains one number of European water closet of best quality, one number of health faucet, one number of paper roller, one number of coat hanger wash basin of approved brand, 10 nos of in each is provided for VVIP toilet segment and 4 nos are provided for chalets including conveyance charges loading, unloading charges, stacking, spreading and removing the same from the site after the function is over etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work (2 days)
