Pest control service for destroying mosquitoes & other insects with a view to restoring suitable atmosphere by application by application of fogging & spraying eco-friendly chemical within Khadya Bhawan Complex (whole area) including all basements at I IA, Mirza Galib Street, Kol-87 along with producing certificate fortnightly having free zone of larva mosquitoes/other insects within Khadya Bhawan complex. Note:- l. Every labours engaged with this work must be paid with minimum wages as laid down in the existing labour Dept. order in vogue. 2.The agency should maintain a register for each operation, which is duly countersigned by a PWD official and this should be submitted (attested photocopies) along with bills. 3. The agency should submit a certificate fortnightly having a free zone for larva mosquitoes/other insects, should be submitted (attested photocopies) along with bills. 4. The attendants shall have a proper uniform, a photo identity card having details of Name, Residential Address, Blood Group, phone Number and, if any, ESI card No. and EPF Number. 5. Materials for pest control services are also included in this job, No separate payment should be made for the above-said work. 2 times in a month for 12 months
