Dismantaling and Taking out of ACSR or AAC conductor of any size Complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in any kind of soil n.exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth and getting out, including trimming the sides and forming bottom surface to required levels for laying cables complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L River dry sand cushioning to UG cables (8 cm deep before laying of cable and 15 cm deep over the cable) in trenches including punned thickness up to 18 cm and consolidation, complete all as directed. Note :- Punned thickness only will be considered for payment.

Returning, filling in trenches in any kind soil in layers n.exc. 25 cm after laying of cables including spreading, levelling, and well ramming complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & lay common burnt, clay building bricks, sub class 'B' designation over the sand cushioning in cable trench for protection of cables (LT) complete all as specified and as directed

Removing surplus excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, laying and testing UG cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 sq mm 3.5core all as specified and directed

K-9250 of HENSEL or equivalent in SPELSBERG / RITTAL SINTEX.

Supply, laying and testing Cable flexible, PVC Insulated ,PVC Sheathed 1100 Volts grade with stranded Copper conductor of size 1.5 sq mm 2core drawn through pipe all as specified and directed Note: Conduit pipes will be measured separetly

M&L GI tubing light grade 50 mm bore for protection of service connection for protection of connection wire from junction box to street light fittings all as specified and directed ( Note : Necessary clamps, nuts, bolts etc deemed to be included)

M & L for Boring of holes under road, pavement hard standing by using trenchless technology using ultrasound technique and necessary machine to insert pipe of 100mm light grade GI pipes with all fittings such as bends, elbows, Tees, etc, for protection of cable complete including all plant & machinaries, alongwih Butt fusion welding machine with all accessories, T&P etc required all as specified and as directed. Note :- Protection pipe will be measured and paid separately

M&L GI tubing light grade 100 mm bore for protection of service connection for protection of connection wire from junction box to street light fittings all as specified and directed ( Note : Necessary clamps, nuts, bolts etc deemed to be included)

Taking Down existing damaged panell board and Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of outdoor type LT feeder pillar box platform mounted (to be mounted on the P.C.C. brick pedestal), suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos Aluminium bus bars of rating not less then 600 amps, Spreader link to incoming/outgoing MCCB for termination of incoming/outgoing cable and Aluminium connecting bars of suitable size (R-Y-B-N) for outgoing cables, duly fabricated in a CPRI approved / certified factory having modern fabrication and testing facility which includes at least seven (07) tanks pre treatment facility comprising of de-greasing, rinsing, de-rusting, rinsing, phosphating, rinsing and passivation followed by powder coated painting (thickness not less than 80 Micron) with approved shade of RAL 7032. The feeder pillar shall be provided with suitable Neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-55 and general construction conforming to IS : 13947. The feeder pillar shall be made out of 3.00mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and 3.00mm thick gland plate and having front opening facility (with double layer shutter) and rear opening facility with single layer shutter with locking facility and 2 side slanting canopy type roof on top and mild steel angle (50x50x5mm) legs of length 30 cm at bottom, suitable for mounting on the pedestal, The feeder pillar shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation, including taking down old unserviceable. The feeder pillar shall be comprising of the followings :-

(i) MCCB 4 pole 160 Amps, 25 KA, 415 Volts - 01 Nos

(ii) MCCB 4 pole 125 Amps - 01 Nos,25 KA, 415 Volts

(ii) MCCB 4 pole 63 Amps - 02 Nos 16 KA, 415 Volts

(ii) MCCB 4 pole 40 Amps - 04 Nos 16 KA, 415 Volts

(vi) LED indicating lamps with holder for main supply - 1 Set of 3

Note : Suitable capacity of Aluminum Bus Bar with PVC sleevesfor all MCCB's cast to be inluded.

Taking Down existing damaged earthing and M&L for earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate eletrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below GL) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filled in alternate layers and electrode connections by using Galvanised iron 32 x 6 mm strip connected by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised iron or steel, provision of 40mm dia GI pipe medium grade for protection of GI earth strip and 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering arrangement and PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber of size 45cm X 45cm X 45cm including, MS funnel, wire mesh, 50 mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 earth pit cover with 6 Nos, 8 mm dia high strength deformed steel TMT bars on both ways including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning, filling in, removal of surplus soil to distance n exc 50 mtr, provision of charcoal and salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I and all as dircted. Note:- (i) Cost of GI earth strip and GI protection pipe upto 7.5mtr length shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item. (ii) The unit rate shall also includes for Wire mesh, funnel, excavation, returning filling , removing , PCC chamber pit, RCC cover, test point etc.

S& F Earthing continuity galvanised iron strip 25 x 4 mm or main earthing lead fixed to wall with clamps or recess or croses or buried in ground or drawn in conduits/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required all as specified and directed.

S & Laying Low Density Poly Ethylene (LDPE) flexible pipe of size 40 mm dia and of pressure rating 6 Kg/cm² laid inside the P.C.C. coping of poles for easy bending and passing of cables including clamping in a proper way all as specified and directed.
